FRAUDULENT COMPANY

Sep 10, 2025 I processed a wig under order: W82288436 (Adelaide), which never has been delivered. I was sending my emails to customer service, at least 3 or 4 until Chris (customer service representative) answered. Despite my request to be reimbursed, no action has been taken, situation obliging me to take next step of actions. DO NOT ANSWER TO THE PUSHY ADVERTIZMENT ON EVERY SITE YOU CONSULT ON LINE. IT IS A SCAM!!!!

Thieves! Fraudulent!

They took my payment and never sent me my order. I contacted them through the recommended email 3 times with no response. I tried going through the website "Live Chat" who gave me a form to fill out to make a payment to receive a response from customer service! I'm not paying to receive customer service. I reported the fraud to my credit card.

Very quick customer service

Very quick customer service. I didn't upgrade shipping so it was slow, within minutes of my query they knew exactly where it was! (it was in my mailbox, delivered that day!! LOL)

China company

Didn't care for 1st wig still haven't got 2nd wig been 2 months customer service is horrible don't want me to return wig said I would have to return to China when I see California address and phone number want to give me 40percent back and 5 coupon I have cancer so I wad really counting on these wigs tired of arguing with company save your money pay extra elsewhere and get some one reliable I'm waiting on 2nd wig hopefully it's better than the first one I will be donating to American cancer society important note they said they tried to refund 40 percent and my card denied it really think of something better
