i was so disappointed when i got two toppers, color and hairline were terrible and fake not as shown on the videos. I requested for return and refund but this company only offered 30% refund with 20% coupon, after back and forth, they offer 40% refund and we have to pay the postage to mail back the toppers. With all unfair and irresponsible customer service, I totally got mad and advise NOT TO BUY FROM THIS WIGYY !!!! WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME!

I didn't like 3 of the 4 products that I ordered. Return is to CHINA (I am now making people aware of that on social medical whenever your advertisements pop up). You promised TWICE a 40% refund if I kept the 3 that didn't match and I didn't like. I followed up twice about the refund and still nothing months later. I will be filing a complaint about your services with PayPal also. They need to vet their vendors better.

The first set of bangs I ordered were great. The perfect match to my hair color. A second and a topper were not good matches. Chris in Customer Service made the refund and return process very easy and quick. Will order again.

Ordered a wig on July 30. Didn’t receive for over a month later. Contacted Chris at customer service who kept saying he’ll take care of it. At least 10 emails back and forth. The wig itself was just ok. Pretty cheap looking. Chris promised me a 20% discount as soon as I received the wig. Again, I’ve been trying to get that discount for weeks. Do not buy from this company. They are made and shipped from China even though their site states CA. False advertising and lying to customers. If I could give it a zero I would. All Chris cared about was a good review. Going so far as asking me what name I’ll use for my review. Shady company that should be put out of business. Check out reviews before buying. Not just on the company site but on other sites and the BBB. I’ll be going to those sites to review this company. Don’t waste your money.

I wasn’t happy with the wig color and Wiggy worked with me to help resolve the problem. Although they didn’t get me a new piece. They gave me a monetary refund and a discount for a future purchase

DO NOT ORDER FROM WIGYY. I ordered a wig, got it after a long wait and I don't know what was wrong with it. Terrible. Where the two ear tabs are, there was a long thick fabric thing. You could see it. This wig is the worst one I've come across so far. I tried to return it. They said keep it and they will give me a 30% refund and a 20% coupon. When I agreed, they then said to do a 5 star review and they will give me the 20% coupon. I have not rc'd my 30% refund yet and it's been months so I stopped trying to get it. I am NOT giving them a 5 star review. They are Terrible!! Buyer Beware!!

Huge disappointment
After receiving two wigs I ordered, neither fit and I have been trying to reach customer service by email, text, phone, with no luck to return them and get a refund. The order was placed in July and I am absolutely disappointed in this company. The very least they can do is reply.

Don’t buy!
I reached out to customer service to ask a question and was answered by Chris, who later messaged me to give a glowing review. I was trying to get an estimate of when order would arrive. He kept telling me to check the tracking and “be patient”. I finally checked tracking and saw item was delivered. I ran to the door and discovered nothing! I contacted the service who delivered it (never heard of this company) and agent told me she could see a picture of it left at my front door. She said my door was gray or green. I advised her my door is white with a white security door and our HOA doesn’t allow those colors for doors. So, my order I never received and now the special event I am attending next weekend will be without the cute clip on. Very disappointed as I was then told that the shipping company would investigate and contact me in a couple weeks and not to contact Wigyy until I heard back from shipping company. Not a good experience!
