I had a cherished ring that I could not wear. I went to James at Wilcox & Carter with an idea of putting the stones into a new ring. James took the time to find out my style and came up with four designs that were fabulous.
Today I went to pick up the new ring. I am over the moon with the quality and the way my stones have been set in the ring, it is stunning.
I would certainly recommend this bespoke service.
A big thank you to James, it means a lot to me that I can still wear part of my nan's ring.

I recently purchased a Pandora ring from
Wilcox and Carter. I rang them enquiring about this ring, they asked me to send a picture so they could check their stock. Once they located the ring they messaged me back and reserved it for me until I could get in to collect it. They were extremely helpful.

I came to have a very sentimental ring resized. Throughout the whole process I felt reassured the ring was in good care and I recieved text message updates to keep me updated about progress. Very happy with the outcome and the customer care. Will certainly be back again soon.

Called in on a Monday to get a ring sized up. It was ready at the weekend and because I couldn't get, it was posted out Monday guaranteed!
Fits perfectly and a well balanced job with the stones. I have seen them sized up lopsided in the past.

I had an email to say the item I had ordered was no longer available. I left a poor review and emailed back to say how disappointed I was, as this item was a 60th birthday gift. I received a call from the store to say they will search their stock to see if there were any left that had been overlooked. A few hours later I had another call to say they had located the item I had wanted and it would be sent out first thing Monday morning.
I would like to say a HUGE thank you to all the staff for sorting this out. I can honestly say customer service is at the forefront of this business. Would I recommend or buy from here again? YES without a doubt.
I personally learned from my experience, if you are disappointed, contact the seller first to see if they can help make things better. We are all human and sometimes we do make mistakes, so to all at Wilcox and Carter Jewellery staff, please accept my apology for not contacting you in the 1st instance.
Hopefully this review will give others the confidence to buy from this business, knowing customer service is their priority and how happy the are to help.

I ordered a pendant to replace one I got 5 years ago. They could locate it at first and refunded my money. Despite this they carried on with their search, located one and rang me. I am so delighted with their outstanding commitment to customer service. Thank you.

I recently brought a ring from Wilcox and Carter this was a Pandora ring, a couple of weeks later a diamond (stone) had fallen out so I’ve just visited them to see if they could get this in to repair and was given the same ring but a new one on the exact same day of going into the shop! Which I was over the moon with! WHAT GREAT SERVICE this made it so easier for me due to not having to send it back for repair etc. Definitely recommend to anyone needed Pandora jewellery or any nice jewellery they are looking for, I always buy my Pandora things from here as such excellent products and customer service!

My parents have used Wilcox and Carter for all of their jewellery and watch needs in the past and, having witnessed first hand the first class service that was always provided, I always knew that I would end up buying wedding rings from here when the time came.

Throughout the whole buying process James never rushed us to make a decision - it must have taken me an hour before I finally decided on what ring I preferred! James offered so much expert advice that definitely helped us both to make our decisions. The first class conversation that accompanied all of this made every trip to the shop a worthwhile event in itself!

Have an engagement ring that the gold had worn away to a very thin band and asked if my husband’s wedding ring gold could make band thicker. The end result is beautifully worked thick band and the ring looks stunning. So pleased, I haven’t been able to wear it for years. Thank you. Such a lovely shop and fabulous staff. Also bought a bracelet while there. The shop is full of beautiful things.

After H Samuel told me they couldn't resize my engagement ring (that's originally from there), and gave me an overpriced quote for my wedding band & signet ring I went to Wilcox & Carter after recommendation from a friend and they've resized all 3 of my rings perfectly but for an amazing price and in just 1 week! Amazing service, will be returning & recommending- didnt even affect the engraving in my engagement ring. Happy tears on leaving, so chuffed after nearly 2 years not wearing them. I inherited an 18 carot sapphire ring and Wilson and Carter resized the ring to fit. They did an amazing job of cleaning the ring and bringing it back to it's glory. I couldn't stop admiring it. Service was outstanding.

I needed a new strap for my Swarovski watch and the company were very difficult to deal with.
James dealt with the problem and provided and attached a new strap free of charge.
Without his help l wouldn't be able to use my watch.
He was persistent in solving my problem.

I wanted a Gant gold bracelet, green dial ladies watch as I had bought other coloured dials elsewhere, and after going on Google I found Wilcox & Carter selling the watch. I ordered this online at weekend with not living near the store, and it arrived within 2 working days. The watch was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition, and I love it. Thank you Wilcox & Carter, I will definitely be buying from you again should the need arise, and I will be highly recommending you to family and friends.

The customer service I received from Wilcox and Carter was outstanding. I ordered a pendant necklace and, accidentally, received the locket version of the same necklace. This was a very easy mistake to make as the two items look extremely similar. Once I contacted Wilcox and Carter about the mistake, they did everything they could to rectify this as soon as possible. This included sourcing the pendant even though this was now showing as out of stock on the website. James phoned me several times to give updates on the replacement and refunded my cost of posting back the incorrect item. I really appreciated this and would definitely use them again for any jewellery purchases I make. An excellent company to deal with!

Came across Wilcox and Carter whilst doing a Nomination search on Google, made my purchase with them and was delighted with the packaging and speed of our delivery.
