Great customer service. I had to request that my order be sent to a different address than the one I initially indicated. In response, my order was promptly sent to the new address and I received a friendly message right away to let me know. The vest I ordered is lovely and fits well. It was a much appreciated Xmas gift. I had a very pleasant experience and plan to purchase other items.

I did order two pieces at the same time, they came in separate packages. Would the postage have been cheaper if they had been packaged together? But that aside, I'm thrilled with my purchases.

I received so many compliment’s wearing the green cloud jumpsuit at the Wildnerness festival last weekend ! think the count was over 20 asking where I got it from ! I hope others have found your funky sustainable pieces ! I’ve just placed another order for some more pieces for my next festival ! I have just returned one piece as it was too small so yet to experience the refund process but i am not concerned !
