We brought Wild Edric onboard to create a suite of mini films/ ads to promote our services and the business overall. Working with them was brilliant, they took the time to get to know us, had great ideas on how to best capture the spirit of what we do and we are really happy with what they have produced for us. Carl & his team completely looked after all the lighting, sound and video for TEDxMalvern 2021 (previously known as 2020 - but only just happening in Sep this year!) They listened to what was needed and after that we just knew we were in good hands, no worries at all about anything we were literally hands off and could concentrate on getting the show onto the stage and the audiences experience - they also turned up with smiles and were patient and helpful with any questions we asked during the production and editing - thank you so much for all you did on a very challenging day!

Fantastic Creative Input for a Hybrid Awards Event!

The OHMI Trust wanted to hold a celebratory event to mark the Tenth Anniversary of the organisation as well as announcing the winners of the biennial OHMI Competition. Covid put a few hurdles in the way of plan A so we contacted Wild Edric Media to ask for their help for a livestreamed event. They suggested having a combined event with a small audience for the livestream. This was the perfect compromise. They worked with us over several months to create all the elements required to produce a successful event. The team were very patient in explaining everything that they needed and adjusting to our changes as plans developed. The event went incredibly smoothly and everyone had a great evening, both those in the room and the online audience. We are very grateful for all their hard work, creative ideas and practical input. We would recommend Wild Edric Media to anyone else wholeheartedly.

Cannot recommend these guys highly enough. We started with a vague idea of what we'd like the finished article to look like, but with no technical knowledge of how or if it was possible...and the end result was outstanding!
Carl began with a Zoom call, where he listened to all of our ideas and asked lots of qualifying questions to gain an idea of which direction we wanted him to head in. He instantly mentioned several ideas during this brainstorming call and over the coming days was free flowing with email communication to further clear up themes and music types. Carl was flexible, and even when our vague instruction was not quite enough he was able to divert to alternative routes.
During filming Carl and the team were friendly; adaptive and gave so much time to producing a great quality video that we were all so proud of. Nothing was too much trouble, and everything was full of flexibility and cooperation. They worked late into evenings to allow for our (potentially unrealistic) deadline to be met...and we are very thankful to all of the team for all of their efforts.

We recently used the services of Wild Edric Media for a live streamed music night with our 8 piece event band, The Hey Yahs. They were a joy to work with and completely felt like a part of our creative team. From initial talks deciding on the event logistics, working through all the technical requirements with us, down to the actual filming on the day, we were really pleased with how professional and helpful they were and how easy everyone was to work with.

The live filming felt unobtrusive and seamless, with lots of viewers commenting on how well the livestream was produced. We all felt completely at ease whilst being filmed and reassured of a quality end result. We were impressed with the care and attention to detail put in from the start and beyond the event itself.

We will definitely be looking to book them again for other filming and promotional work, not just for live streaming, and can not wait to see what we can get done creatively with their input on future projects. Thank you Carl and the team for all your hard work, creative input and support.

Reliable - they did what they said they were going to without any delay.

Flexible - at the time of engagement it was impossible to know how our Festival would run - on the ground, part on the ground/part online or all online. To have quotes that covered all the eventualities made for peace of mind in budgeting.
Also there was the flexibility to change plans - e.g. at a late stage, (because we had made a miscalculation on our booking arrangements) we needed to change the access to the films away from our website, meaning some earlier work done by Wild Edric was superfluous. This was no problem for them; they remained supportive throughout.

Engaged - they understood what being an LGBTQ+ festival is about and the audience we hoped to reach; not just the usual issues around publicity and promotion but the wider issue of engaging with a 'hard to reach' part of the community.

Interest - there was a genuine interest in the films we wanted to screen, not just the technical aspects. Also good advice was given as to what we needed to relay on to Wild Edric by when; so they could get on with their job eg 'if you have a trailer from Brazil it needs to be in this format by X'. So there were no last minute hassles/misunderstandings.

Extra Mile - unexpectedly, we needed to 'host' an extra short film somewhere; this was no problem; help was given to put the programme together - and at no extra cost!

Personable - the approach was friendly eg with a willingness to explain technical terms and how to get where we wanted to - in lay terms.

Quality - the films screened looked and sounded good; very important for the audience, but also honouring the filmmakers' effort in creating films about some very difficult circumstances. The programmes flowed perfectly from: sting, introduction, trailer, film, Q&A/discussion to sting. The placement of donation banners was perfect i.e. fitting with appropriate moments in the films, but not intrusive.

What an absolutely brilliant experience! Carl understood our brief and pulled out all of the stops to provide us with an amazing product launch video whilst up against a very right deadline. Carl worked really hard to turn our ideas into reality whilst contributing his own (brilliant) ideas as well; nothing was too much trouble and communication was second to none throughout the whole process. The result was polished and professional and the customer feedback has been fabulous. We would definitely recommend and we hope to use again!

I had heard great reviews prior to using Wild Edric Media so I decided to use them after they competitively quoted for a previous project. When this was postponed due to Covid-19, fortunately another opportunity arose. I was impressed from start to finish with Carl and Eli, it has been an absolute pleasure working with them, especially spending a few fun days out filming with them. I approached Carl, with a vague idea of what I wanted and straight away he came back with lots of ideas, helping to shape the project and adding those extra touches such as creating fantastic drone footage. The process was simple, Carl listened to everything that I wanted and there were hardly any edits to be made. I am so pleased with the final collection of videos which have already been successful on social media. I would be delighted to work with them again.

Carl and his team did a live stream of local band Non Jovi as part of our lockdown programme of events at The Roses Theatre in Tewkesbury. We could not have chosen a better service. The quality of the shoot elevated production values far above our expectations. On top of that the whole team is lovely and professional.
