Excellent service from everyone involved. Had to cancel my original booking last minute due to unforeseen circumstances but got the sweep rebooked for a few weeks later with no issues. I was sent reminder emails in the lead up which was very helpful, and on the day Max did a fantastic job and talked me through some basic tips to help maintenance as well as re-gluing some of the rope that had slipped off the door. Brilliant company, and I will be using them going forward.

Efficient and friendly from start to finish. Phil Garvey arrived promptly, his work was clean and tidy throughout and his whole visit left us feeling reassured that our chimney is ready for the next season. I really appreciated Phil remembering our conversation from last year about recommended wood to burn and 'hot spot' flue cleaner. Having taken his advice it was good to see the evidence of a healthier flue liner during his sweep. Thank you. We will definitely be using Wikins next year.

Ross did a great job and turned up at the exact time he was booked. Showed me the before and after pictures of the inside of the chimney. Explained what he had done and he was extremely clean and tidy whilst doing the job. Not expensive either. I would definitely recommend.
