Not happy with Wilco regarding the courier company from Gloucester DX they use for deliveries. The company were given clear instructions not to deliver until 1st May this included being on the DX tracker not to deliver till 1st May. DX delivered on 29th April and we have no where to put in for storage as our fitter is not coming till 1st May after 1800. Wilco customer service just want to brush it under the carpet. Dont worry wont be using Wilco again......As of 30th April even though they DX Courier Gloucester delivered the wrong day I am still getting messages that it will delivered tomorrow......Its a circus not only do Wilco not know and cannot be bothered about it but DX are still insisting it will be delivered tomorrow........WHAT A CIRCUS

The product that I've ordered is great, price is amazing. However, the order collection service person is an absolute opposite of amazing, kind, polite. We talking about 29/04/2026 around 6pm. As I entered and said hello, I have an order to collect please - got a look, no hello, and just scanned my QR without saying a word. Then, again, not saying a word, walked away to get my order ( I worked it out in dismay as I watched him walking away). As my order is rather heavy, he plopped it on the nearest counter to him and then send an employee to tell me that its heavy. I went with trolley to him and all he said to me was "I can't " while pointing at my order and he walked away. No thank you or anything at all. Wow. Never ever in a million years again. Thanks but no thanks.

Absolutely horrible I bought a item a week ago was send a message to say it was being delivered two days ago still no sign of it and not one person has told me where it is I will not be using wilko again I don’t want any tools from ye I’d be too scared now to use anything ye send me as if it went wrong I would not or could not trust ye would have it back to me fast but I would not trust yer after care I have being trying to get a answer all day as to where my item is to no avail

I ordered click&collect on 21st April as of 26th still heard nothing contacted head office on 28th got reply and told to go to store which I did today. I can honestly say Courtney and Alison in store went above and beyond to get this sorted out for me.

Don’t expect any good customer service if your item is under a guarantee. They are happy to supply the goods but when things go wrong they have no empathy for customer service. I have WhatsApp and also emailed several times and although I have had one reply days ago nothing has happened since. Looks like a costly mistake and I will have to source another item as they just don’t want to know. WIlko are now part of the Range I believe who are equally as BAD !!!!!! Disappointed

If I could give no Stars I would .bought bunk beds ,only 1 mattress was delivered not 2 as stated, when opening boxes to see beds they were dents in wood and paint scuffs, also 1 box was completely torn open so much delivery people had to re tape the box ,they even took photos for evidence .I then asked to return as I was not happy on the 10/04/26 I still have not had a response to when they will be picked up to return or any confirmation about how I go about getting a refund.there is no contact numbers only emails where you get the same automated response.the service is so bad I will never buy from Wilko's again .

I have just picked up an order n collect from the Range Stockton. The young gentleman Paul was extremely helpful and welcoming. He responded quickly to my question and brought the items to where I was sat in the cafe with my daughter. The items were slatted edge for the garden. Please hand this review over to the appropriate manager of the store so Paul he is aware. Thank you
Bought a table beginning of March
Bought a table beginning of March. Faulty as no pre drilled holes where stated and wrong instructions. Nearly May and no resolution. Slow correspondence from Wilko, this has been passed to their various debts. We're supposed to collect for a refund on 19th April, then 26th April. Did not show up on either date . Will never buy from Wilko again. Extremely poor service.
If you're wanting to return an item, avoid
Order arrives promptly and the products were as described. Unfortunately this is the only good points. The products were not suitable for my needs so requested a return on 9th April via royal mail as they offer a collection service in my area and all other postal companies use a third party and collection isnt always available (Rural Argyll). On 18th April I was advised they can only offer returns via DPD. The same day I agreed as I was heading into Glasgow the next day (2 1/2 drive from me). I then received a response on 20th April asking for information regarding the products to generate a label. I give the info that I can supply only to get a response on 24th April that my reply has been sent to the returns department and to allow 48 hours! It is now 29th April and still no further along! At this point all I want is a refund and to return the items. Avoid and shop elsewhere.
Disappointing experience
I ordered click and collect items from Wilco Penge. The email telling me the items were ready to collect included Wilco Penge in the body of the text with a link to store information that directed me to an address on the Purley Way Croydon ie not Penge. I attempted to phone the number given for the Purley address. This rang out until a message said it could not accept voice messages as it was full!! At no point did the communication make it clear that collection sites were within The Range stores. I visited the Croydon store ( as per the email) to find that I should have gone to Penge. Eventually a manager was able to provide me with an address in Penge - not a Wilco store but The Range. The manager at the Purley way store was helpful although one of the floor staff told me that the Ramge did not do click and collect for Wilco! In Penge a member of staff took my items out to the car park and loaded my car - hence the two stars! You must do much better with your email communications to make sure others don’t receive misleading information. I had never before used Wilco and quite frankly I’m not sure I will again. I’m

Delivered to wrong address. Why?
Wondered where my order was - checked the email and Wilko only defaulted to an old address!!
Went to the XDP website to track delivery and it says delivered. What is going on? Who was it delivered to?
Good value and fast delivery
Easy site to use. Had exactly what i wanted at a very good price. Click and collect was available locally, and very quick, bonus. Will definitely use again.
