Beware! Do not order from this company! They are a Chinese company and are horrible. I ordered a dress and paid extra postage for faster delivery. It took 3 weeks to receive it and when it arrived, it was the wrong size. I tried to return it, and they refused to refund my money and offered me 10% of what the dress cost. Don’t be fooled by the American flag on their website. They are Chinese, very rude and are a total SCAM.

Willingly.com, like most of the other clothing sites advertised on Facebook and instagram, is a complete scam. These fraudulent websites claim to be made in the USA and ship from the closest warehouse to where you reside. They do not! They are from China and other countries located overseas. These companies claim easy returns and free returns if it is their fault. They will not. I ordered three items. One is completely different and resembles a plastic bag and is a hideous color. Nothing like the item ordered. The other two are made from awful fabrics, poor quality sewing (I sew for a living so I know really poor quality) and the sizing is way off. Some say machine wash on the website but say dry clean in the product tags. After much back and forth with them with low ball offers to refund and keep the items, I turned to PayPal. PayPal eventually said they agreed to a return for full refund but I was responsible for the cost of return to China! Didn’t trust that whole process and be out more money. In the end my bank did the right thing and refunded total transaction. Please do not buy from these sites. Red flag #1, models heads are cut off.

DONOT buy from Williingful! They are a Chinese spam shop! If I could give them zero stars I would! I bought two different dresses for $118.00 and they mailed me two of the SAME dress! And that was AFTER I emailed them asking where my order was....it kept saying it was mailed from a warehouse in NY and shipped one day and delivered the next...every day for over a week. Made no sense! I emailed the company stating they delivered the wrong dress and it was made of crap! Total polyester and cheaply made...not at all what the website photo showed. I said I wanted a full refund and shipping label to mail back the wrong items. They replied with "We are very sorry that you have received the wrong color product. Can you please accept a 20% refund? and you could keep the item. We do not expect to earn money on your order and we just hope we will not lose too much. We really want to give all the customers the best shopping experience.

What?!?!? 20% refund! Are you serious! Their website states if the order is wrong you can get a refund. I wrote back and said I will absolutely NOT take a 20% refund but a FULL refund ASAP. They wrote a 2nd time and upped my refund to 30% and that they are based in China can't have the items shipped back.

I wouldn't have rated it at all. The dress I received in no way resembled the description. The print was correct but the dress was some awful polyester something. NO cotton as stated. Have tried to get a return ...offered 20% discount and I could keep the dress..which I will never wear. It has been 7 days and have heard nothing back. SCAM!

I ordered a few dresses on February 16 that I needed for a few events and never received them. It has been over 20 calendar days and over 15 business days. My package has been sitting in “Jamaica NY”. What a shady company. Their customer service is by email only and their responses feel robotic. I no longer need the dresses and will never order from this company again. I disputed the charge with my credit card and they credited me back. Do not order from this horrible company

I ditto what Karen said about Willingful! Complete Scam! Ordered an XXL dress and it’s fits like a small. Have ask numerous times for refund but keep getting the run around. The dress has not pockets as advertised and it is cheaply made. I paid the postage for dress to be shipped but now I am being told it cost too much to return address. How can the return cost more than the original shipping. Willingful wants to give me 30% of what I paid for dress. This is unacceptable! I want my total refund! Who can I report them to?

This company is a scam. They advertise in Instagram so buyer beware. They will refuse to allow you to return their substandard products. They steal images from online stores and post them as their own. They respond and talk in circles with no intent of resolving the issue. If you buy from here, just know you’re throwing your money away because you will not get it back. This is theft and encourage everyone to file a complaint so the BBB And law-enforcement agencies in Jamaica, New York, which is where these products come from. If you paid with PayPal file a complaint. It will take a little bit of time but you will get your money back.

SCAM ALERT!! I ordered 2 long dresses and what came were 2 short and totally different dresses! Also they were supposed to be xl BUT fit like xs. Cheaply made doesn’t even begin to cover their description. They offered 20% back to keep them. No thank you! I have cleaning rags better than these dresses. SCAM ALERT!

I ordered a dress and a few days later received a text saying my order had been cancelled. But I’ve never received a refund. Do not buy from these scammers!

I ordered a christmas plaid MIDI dress and received a flannel MINI dress. I have gone back and forth with them and they refuse to refund my money. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Bad just BAD !!

Wish I’d seen these reviews before buying. Doll is not like the picture. Of much poorer quality than expected. The head is plastic rather than made of fabric and stuffed. Doll arrived tightly packaged in plastic instead of the box I expected. I requested a return and was offered vouchers instead.

don't try to buy dolls from the company, the website is full of misleading info and the dolls come in are not the same as shown on the website. cheap quality from mainland china.
