If I could rate them a zero I would. The doll is not as pictured at all. Mine even had a different hair style and color. Delivered from China in a plastic bag. When you try to reach out to them you will get the run around. There is no money back guarantee or free return shipping. I have sent eight emails asking for a return address. They won’t give me one. Finally, I disputed it with my credit card company. (Still pending). This company is crooked.

This is a scam. Be aware that those dolls come from China and are very low quality. You have no possibility to cancel the order (also not on the day of the order).

I have just received 2 dolls ordered for my grandchildren for Easter….I am appalled at what I have received for almost $100.
Dolls I could have bought anywhere for less …let alone the claims they made about being handmade … lies… bought the 2 boxes for them … sent without any instructions to assemble … this co should definitely get a Shonky award.

Very misleading website and marketing! Items bought were beautifully photographed on their website, claim to be 'handmade' and are expensive (2 small dolls + 2 special gift boxes = $69.67). What arrived are cheap, mass produced items that do not resemble the photographs and which arrived wrapped in plastic bags ('made in China') and then in black bin liners. The special gift boxes were 2 pieces of bent cardboard that don't make a box. Website claims returns are straight forward. Untrue! Lengthy negotions began (all supported by photographs, order forms, proof of payment etc). The final outcome is a refund of just $17.40. I'm left with the items which I can't gift as I intended, because the company tell me they are an international company and it's 'too expensive' for me to send them back for a full refund. DO NOT TRUST THEIR WEBSITE! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I should have guessed!

So disappointed that the dolls I ordered are not even close in quality to what was pictured online. I ordered two of the Handmade Waldorf Dolls as gifts for my nieces and paid an expensive price. The dolls that I received are such poor quality. I am too ashamed to give them as gifts, as they look like something one might buy at the dollar store for under $5. I feel taken advantage of by this Bait and Switch - advertised something nice and sent something crappy! Shame on you, Willsfulshop.com. I hope you are put out of business soon, so others are not tricked like me.

Not that it's needed, but here's another terrible review. Cheap and ugly doll arrived today. Hair looks like a witch; fabrics totally different from those pictured in the listing; ordered a box and it didn't come; listing shows a little rabbit in the girl's bag and little teddy beside her - neither of which came. Emailed customer service for a refund and email bounced. SCAM!

I'm so bummed!! I fell for this scam - the dolls did not come in a box like pictured. The quality is CHINA quality and I asked for a refund. Nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Seriously. Had i known this info was available prior to the purchase - i would not have bought. :(

They will only offer you 15% tops of what you paid for and tell you to keep the dolls which are not the same as advertised. They advertise pictures of dolls from Waldorf but you will receive a poor version and not worth the money you paid for. They are cheap, does not come boxed, no teddy included and no details to send back. Very disappointed. It was a special gift for my first grandchild. I paid £36 definitely not worth it.

This is a scam, do not buy from this company. The doll I received looks nothing like in the picture, it looks very cheap and no other items were included. I didn't even receive the box, it was just wrapped in a little plastic, no tags. I bought it as a present for someone, and now it is surely not going there.

Do not order from this company. I stupidly bought two dolls without checking reviews, and they are not like the images on the advert. Extremely poor quality. Probably only cost a few pounds to make, but I paid £27 each. Total rip off.

I was so disappointed with the doll I received, it wasn't like the one ordered, hair is like someone just chopped it and her face as a chip where the skin is not there. Plus where are the small bears which as far as I was concerned came with the doll. The packaging, well what can you say but it was disgusting, it's a wonder it didn't arrive in a worse state than it did.

Do not expect a lidded box with straw that you pay extra for!
Do not expect any sensible answers in their communications.
Do not close out any PayPal claim without any refund, as they claim you should do.
I had a very hard time getting my refund back of £5 for a lidded box not sent. I gave up on little teddy accessories they advertise in a dolls bag or pocket. They just ignore what you are saying & ask you to send it back. Hmmm! The worst customer service I have ever encountered in my whole life.

I wish I had had the sense to check on here first. Just received my doll and can only echo what everyone else has said. Please do not buy anything from this store.

I endorse what many have said already about this store. I have just written to the company and do not expect to get a positive response. Totally misleading sales and marketing.

The dolls were much smaller than I anticipated and I think we’re over priced for the quality. They come from China. I ordered and paid for two boxes for them and they were just cardboard pieces of garbage. I would not recommend this company.

If I could give 0 stars I would. another instagram rip off, comes from china, looks nothing like pictured, cheap, box crushed and taped, no straw. Tried to return, keep saying too expensive to send to China so they will give me a discount code. Now saying you got what you ordered keep it.
