Complete scam and glad we payed via PayPal. They respond to inquiries on the orders and quit responding when asked for a refund. Repeated excuses as to why purchase delayed. Shipping company Nippon cargo Express.....and last update was arrival to NYC.

WilliamBestTools.com is a scam website operated by the same scam people that operate BravoPowerTools.com. They also operate the fake shipping company CityTransCargo.com which is why they are able to use fake tracking data for several people as they can change tracking data at will to appear legit.

CityTransCargo.com will be reviewed separately but I needed to mention it here to help people understand the scam.

Absolutely a scam..they try to say shipping is delayed..over and over to get you outside of the buyer protection pay pal offers...I didn't let it go past the second "delay". After it hit NY customs..it disappeared. Just claim with pay pal..instant refund.

Complete scam, there is a reason it’s cheaper. Because it doesn’t exist. There are several other sites associated with this scam to. Andrew tools is one.

I ordered my NorthStar Portable Gas-Powered Air Compressor - Honda 163cc OHV Engine, 20-Gallon Horizontal Tank, 13.7 CFM 90 PSI on May 3. I just got my order cancelled a few days ago. These guys are based in indonesia. It took a month to arrive, and all tracking seemed good until it "apparently" arrived on June 4 in NY. It said on my tracking "call for information." None of the numbers work, and no correspondence other than form letters after that. Scamming PO'S Don't waste your time like I did. Cant understand why they can continue to sell stuff. These reviews speak for themselves. Two finger salute to William Best Tools! And William "Best" tools is an oxymoron!!!

I gave them 1 star so I could give a review. They don't deserve 1 star, they deserve to be put out of business. I ordered a roto tiller on March 25th 2021 and have not received yet. The tracking says it's in Customs in the United States and that I need to contact them for information. That was on May 21st 2021. That's it I've tried and tried to.make contact and nothing. I've asked for a refund through PayPal.

I almost get stuck in this scam, go through check out, then I google.com the company, found out it scam, and I'm stop on pay pal, I still don't understand why PayPal still let this happen, still a lots of people falling for this scams.

I got scammed out of $1,188.00 for a zero turn lawn mower its been stuck in customs and i am trying to get my money back through paypal now i still have not got any money back at this point and i ordered it a month ago.

Same thing happened to us! This website is a scam! BEWARE!!! We ordered a Honda Generator. They even sent us a tracking number for City Trans Cargo and when you check the City Trans Cargo website, it shows you the tracking info for your item. Then they told us that the item is stuck at customs and need to pay $290! We never got the generator that we paid for. I just hope that no one else will be victimized by them.

They are NOT legit! Scammers! I ordered a generator 3 months ago and have not received it. I have filed a complaint with PayPal

total scam...tried to buy tiller,,,only getting excuses why its stuck in customs,,,when you try to click on facebook link it takes to to another scam operation,,why is paypal not stopping these transactions,,maybe paypal is as dirty as the the democrats

Shame on me I just found these reviews. Purchased a generator from them. Tracked it down to New York. Received e-mail asking to pay custom fees of $199.00. Money need to be transferred to Indonesia for some reason. I aske, why do I need to pay to some bank in Indonesia and not a customs in US. They told it's because transporting company will pay Custom taxes. Sounds fishy?

Affirmative on scam. I ordered a zero turn mower and the shipment was supposedly held up in port. I waited 3 months and my emails were not returned. Thankfully I recovered my $3,100 from my credit card company. It was a pain though because they contested my fraud claim and made it difficult.

Complete scam. Luckily PayPal refunded my money but I have reported them for fraud to the Federal Trade Commission. I will not stop until their website is removed from all US servers.

Please don't fall for scammers!!! Ordered generator from them. After a month of watching "fake" shipping it got stuck in New York customs - supposedly. Tried calling them, emailing them. The phone number doesn't exist and shipping company's is always busy. I am happy PayPal returned my money after I opened a dispute. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!
