They are using the same trick on me. Waiting at customs, problem with paypal - all sounded fishy. Glad I googled them for scam. Our collective experience and reporting should help the next potential victim as they seem to be sticking with the same trick.

I saw the negative reviews but I chalked it up to COVID-19 impacting the industry. I saw they accepted PayPal which mitigated my risk so I attempted to purchase a zero turn mower. The company is out of Indonesia, one red flag and the supposed Shipping company’s website Is riddled with grammatical errors and misspellings which is a major red flag for a legitimate company. The prices for their products are even below wholesale, this is another flag. Long story short, never got the lawnmower, never got a response and thankfully I was never charged by PayPal. Don’t waste your time like I did this is undoubtedly a scam

Absolute scam! Purchased a mower. Supposedly shipped and tracking number supposedly shows arrival at port. My calls and emails are basically dead ends. No answer and no reply to anything. Cant believe I let myself get suckered like this.

Complete scam. Waited six weeks for a generator. We tracked the "shipment" through Trans City Cargo. I truly believe the "shipping company" is in cahoots with William Best Tools. The tracking claimed that the generator was progressing from Japan to NYC. Once it hit NYC, William sent me a very suspect email saying their PayPal account had been suspended and they needed me to wire them money. Uh no. My first call was to PayPal. They confirmed that they have suspended William Best Tools. Thankfully because of the suspended account, my payment was never made to William. THANK YOU PAYPAL !!!! Which brings us back to this bogus "shipment". City Trans Cargo claims to have a $1300 generator being shipped without any payment? I don't think so. I think the whole tracking website was a big farce to make me believe it was on it's way. Once it "arrived" to the US -- then they asked for money to be wired. Shameful. But at least PayPal caught it.

This site is a complete scam and they have been reported to Paypal and to the BBB which will probably not do any good. DO NOT PAY WITH ANYTHING BUT PAYPAL THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY.

I ordered a zero turn mower and did it through PayPal. After 6 weeks they said it was at customs and they were having problems with PayPal. They wanted me to allow them to cancel PayPal and send them bank money or western union and they would give me a 20% discount. I was born at night but not last night. Thanks for PayPal my complaint was found in my favor.

SCAM. Stay away.

I have has the same scam as the below. Citytranscargo.com shows route taking 30 days after I was told it would only take 18. Williambesttools.com also responded many times before I purchased. They have not responded since.

When you order, they first ask a bank to bank money wire transfer to an Indonesia location. During some email changes, Names like Johiroh, Rifka and a carrier name like City Trans Cargo pop up and stating my order is waiting at a New York port.
However, once they got your money, you never get your order and they are gone.
Do not ever fall for these scammers!

Scam. Luckily used PayPal upfront (which is connected to a fairly safe capital one credit card also as a 2nd line of defense) so I'm not too worried at this point about getting refunded.

Rope a dope scam. I'm in the process of trying to get a refund via PayPal. They pulled the same scam on me that they deal with everyone else which is get you hooked with the cheap price at their lawn mowers and then offer you a 20% discount if you do a bank transfer or wire transfer instead of using PayPal once the item arrives in New York supposedly. You have to keep in mind that the money from PayPal automatically goes in their bank account so they should already have the money necessary for customers. Plus there are business which means they should be dealing with this on a regular if they're on the up-and-up. I decline to transfer the money over to them and ask for a refund and I haven't heard from them since. I already started a dispute with PayPal and I am waiting to hear back from them. In the meantime I bought a bad boy MZ 42 in. It was more money but the cut is awesome, plus I have a two year warranty and the shop is right around the corner from my house.

Update 20200629: PayPal was able to refund the money.

They not only took my money without sending the product, they also tried to get me to send them even more money! Please save yourself the agony of dealing with these evil people and keep your money from being stolen.

Ordered an item via Paypal, then once the item got to the US they claim it's held up in customs needing a document showing it's been paid but the Paypal payment won't go through. They then ask for CC or wire transfer with a 20% discount. Sure enough, the payment never went through, got Paypal involved, and turns out this is a common scam.

Same thing as everyone else. I watched the shipping company post erroneous dates and destinations for five weeks. Not worth saving a few hundred bucks. Total scam! I paid through PayPal, now trying to get a refund.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!! SCAM!!!! I ordered a ride on lawnmower as a surprise for my husbands 30th birthday on April 14th. They claimed their PayPal account wasn’t working and I needed to do a bank transfer. Which I stupidly complied with. The company received the money. It is now May 22nd and I have yet to receive it. No response from the company Despite multiple emails since receiving the money, no response from their fake shipping company, all of the tracking information is gone and the telephone numbers are invalid. Local police are now involved, the federal trade commission has been notified and I will be contacting western union and PayPal and my bank in the morning.

Please do not make the same mistake I did.

Scam! After 30 days waiting for my zero turn I email them because I didn’t receive any more updates on my tracking number, and they said they are having issues with PayPal for some documents 🤣 they offer me a 20% discount for the inconvenience and wanted to pay them on western union or bank transfer, yeah right! And now they have another website call mentari lawn and care with the same prices and products, don’t do any kind of transaction that they ask for, they know you can get your money back on PayPal that’s why they want to change your pay method to a different one

The site WilliamBestTools.com tried to pull the same stunt on me with an order where it supposedly arrived in NY after 30day and was shipped by a CityTransCargo.com. After watching the tracking and routing for the item it was obvious that no one in their right mind would ship the items to the US via the route they showed.

In researching the web sites with ICANN for both web sites and where they originate this is clearly a scam.

Once the item arrived, supposedly in NY, it could not be off loaded to customs as WilliamBestTools.com supposedly was having trouble with their PayPal account... and wanted Wire Transfer or Western Union payment! They offered a 20% discount if I would do it. I refused and said standard credit card was the only other option.

Haven't heard back from either site since my email replies to both on what I would and wouldn't do... go figure!

Don't fall for the scam by any site wanting Wire Transfer, Western Union payment (even with WU credit card which is a prepaid card by the way)... stick to PayPal or Credit Cards... NOT Debit Cards!

This website was only created in November 2019. None of their social media links work. They claim to get thousands of calls and emails... Be careful! It’s your money.

This website is an obvious scam. Tried for a week to purchase zero turn mowers.
Even tough they advertise PayPal and credit card, it will only allow bank transfers. This eliminates any insurance on your purchase. They get the money, you get nothing. I called several times. Appears to be a personal phone. Emailed multiple times to all three of the addresses provided. No response.

Please, do not attempt to purchase or you will get screwed. The only good reviews are fake.
