Avoid at all costs. Damaged valuable paintings and furniture. Unprofessional on the phone. Pretended to get their toolkit from a second van to return to assemble wardrobes but never returned. Boss always in meetings, doesn’t answer his phone, makes excuses and on occasions verbally aggressive. An altogether unprofessional and expensive transaction. I regret falling for the marketing talk. I should have read other reviews. I was accused of moving a gate post! Honestly, some of the experience is laughable now.

Excellent service , furniture collected in January by two teams and taken to storage, last week furniture was re delivered efficiently and professionally. Great guys couldn't fault them , so polite .

Very professional, responsive and efficient. William & Yates helped me relocating my stuff from London to NYC. Everything was perfect and went smoothly. Maria was providing me regular updates and was checking in on the status of my delivery. They also arranged a storage for my stuff in nyc. Definitely recommended.

So pleased Williams & White Removals were recommended to us by our estate agents. They did a fantastic job of moving our treasured belongings when we moved house earlier this month. We chose to add the packing service and were extremely pleased we had it took all the stress out of moving, even when our completion was delayed they made everything as stress free as possible by taking our belongings into storage. Awful, don’t use this company AT ALL. I originally booked a removal and picture hanging day and paid for both. They moved my house and since then I’ve been trying to get hold of this company to book in the picture hanging day with no response. They took my money for this service and I have phoned, texted and tried to reach them to get a refund. This has been going on for 6 months so effectively they have stolen my money and not delivered on the service. DONT USE

We had a fantastic packing and removals service from the W&W team during our recent move. They were friendly, efficient and incredibly professional. Lloyd was highly communicative and even managed to make some last minute rearrangements to accommodate our completion date, enabling us to move into our new home two weeks earlier than initially planned. After all the stress of the house purchase process, the move itself was seamless thanks to these guys!

We recently moved from Chippenham to Newcastle. The team at Williams and White were amazing. I can honestly say the move was as stress free as such things can be.
We opted to use their packing service and I'm really glad we did. Best decision ever!
Lloyd and the team were friendly and helpful throughout. Their work rate is amazing. Beds, furniture, etc. disassembled and reassembled. Safely packed and shifted with no breakages.
And all boxes transported to the new house. (Shame they can't unpack them for us! 😀)

Lloyd manged our complicated move excellently.
Even at very short notice he managed to arrange our move through his already very busy schedule.
All the chaps were friendly, polite and were very respectful of our homes and belongings both ends of the move.

Absolutely first class company. Handled our complicated move which spread over several days and had very tricky access problems brilliantly. All the guys we dealt with were extremely professional and very friendly and courteous. Would not hesitate to use them again.

We had to find a removal firm and storage for my parents’ house at very short notice and Lloyd went above and beyond to help us. The team were fantastic and the day went very smoothly. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

What a great experience on what could be a stressful day. The team had to empty a 5 story house in Bath, then reinstall in a similarly old property in Wiltshire. Huge & heavy pieces of furniture going up and down multiple staircases - not a single scratch on the paintwork & wood work in either property. An absolutely outstanding job & the team were very professional & friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. First class!
