Prompt delivery and nicely packaged. The Lancashire box has a great selection of cakes and biscuits which have not been eaten yet! The comms regarding delivery was poor compared to other suppliers but this is a minor criticism.

Ordered and received another 2 hampers plus extra Eccles cakes (superb), from this first class company.
Highly recommend their products as gifts or personal consumption. You won’t be disappointed with their great tasting produce, well packaged and good old fashioned customer service (in my experience, a rare find these days).

Best biscuit!
Well packaged; they always arrive in perfect condition. The biscuits are stunning. They are luxurious and delicious. The hand dipped, milk chocolate, ginger biscuits are the very best! Quality ingredients have clearly been used. Better than any biscuit I’ve had anywhere else! I am a repeat customer and will continue to be! Five stars.

The packaging was good no breakages. Good value for money only small criticism is they was not quite enough ginger in them, but they are very nice biscuits.
