Great colour ,really quiet ,well packed and competitively priced and a bonus of 2year warranty

Bought a dishwasher and emailed willow straight away to say that it wasn’t cleaning the dishes. They emailed me asking …what tablets I use, replied to them ….emailed me again asking….how do I load machine. Emails back and forth with no positive outcome yet!! Engineer came out today to “repair” dishwasher …. I’ve been told it’s a manufacturing fault from the engineer who agreed that the dishes were coming out dirty.
Total waste of money and time !!

Delivery was good, had a phone call an hour before to let me know that they were about an hour away. Very polite men and carried out instructions as to where the freezer was to be placed. I like the look of the freezer and so far works well, I just wish a note on the handbook told you where the serial number plaque is placed. For information, it is on the interior left hand side wall second shelf down. By the way, used my phone camera to take a photo as the numbers are small. Otherwise overall very pleased.

We have had our new larder fridge for 2 weeks and I must say, we are very pleased with it.
The fridge was a reasonable price, it was delivered very quickly, and it does a very good job of keeping our produce cold and fresh.

Emailed to ask how to buy with installation, packaging removal etc. No reply. Lost my potential custom.

Excellent products and customer service. Bought 2 upright freezers, great size, as described, and quiet in operation.

The washing machine is reasonably priced, fits well in our kitchen and is very quiet when running wash/spin cycles. It was delivered promptly and and so far there are no issues.

This oven was a replacement for an old one I choose Willow because of the size the depth was smaller than other manufacturers as I was restricted due to there being a gas pipe on the above gas oven it fitted perfectly and the price was great too quick delivery would highly recommend

Having moved to a place with an already built in fridge freezer with freezer a lot smaller that I had previously, this is a perfect back up size for batch cooking & bulk purchases, which can move to everyday freezer when that runs down. Also the height is good for a short person like me so you can see & access all levels with ease. Only down side is not available in auto defrost, but I can live with that, as it was just the size & colour I was looking for.

I am extremely pleased with this product, its a nice compact table top dishwasher and is surprisingly spacious inside. It is very easy to use and very efficient. Would highly recommend this product and very pleased with the quality and how clean everything is following use. It comes equipped with everything you need and can either be plumbed in or run from the sink. Plenty of space inside for everything and comes with a cutlery holder. Great price and value for money. Would definitely purchase from this company again.

Faulty freezer but amazing customer service. Got dealt a dud hand and the freezer I received was faulty. Called up and they sorted a replacement within a few days. Offered me a full refund or replacement and the delivery people collected my old one. Really friendly and helpful (even the delivery guys were very friendly, offering to unpack it and everything.
The fact that I was sent a faulty freezer and am leaving a positive review is testament to the customer service. It's reassuring that they fix the issue and didn't make it my problem.

Hard to review a chest freezer but it freezes and the lid stays up by itself so very happy.

I purchased a new upright freezer from Willow. Within 2 weeks I broke a drawer when it slipped out of my hands. I contacted Willow and explained I broke the drawer and needed a replacement. Thinking what was it going to cost me. When I was told that they would send out a replacement drawer for Free. Wonderful service. Thank them so much, Would highly recommend Willow Appliances... 👍🙂
