I Brought a WWM81400IW 8kg Washing Machine from Willow and before i ordered it i wanted to make sure i had the right specs for what i needed, i called the willow customer service and i spoke to a lovely lady called Summer who was very informative and very helpful.

Bought a washer/dryer from willow on amazon a couple of months ago after our old samsung one broke down like 5 times and we wanted to try another brand. The delivery was good, they brought it round to the back for us, and we had to fit it ourselves but the instructions were really clear. We had a problem the first time we tried it with it shaking loads, but got in touch with them and they responded the same day saying it was the transit bolts (obviously) so really helpful. Once we removed them it worked great and has done ever since. Love the dryer function too. Just an all round good experience, would have this machine again in a heartbeat and will use willow again for sure.

I am delighted with my brand new dishwasher. Can’t thank you enough for the fantastic costumer service too. Definitely will be returning ☺️

Bought a willow fridge freezer through home feeling. For my new home. So far so good. Will potentially buy other willow appliances to match my fridge freezer in my kitchen

I’d put a zero rating but I can’t. I brought a freezer from them plugged it in after gas settling. Put my frozen food shopping in over £350 worth. Went to the freezer the next day and everything was defrosted. And had to be thrown away. This is clearly due to them not checking the product was working before sending it out or it was someone else’s return. I managed to get a replacement via another company not them directly. They have ignored messages asking for a refund for the loss of food cost customer service is terrible. I’ve spoken with a lawyer and he’s stated that they should refund the goods due to the faulty product. If they don’t refund me they suggested going to head office to get them to sort it. I had to use a food bank to feed my family because of them.

Received washing machine thru white goods scheme provided by council. It is absolutely disgusting. When you load your washing machine you expect get back washed clothes with a nice smell. But this machine can't do it properly. After every wash I need drain machine manually, otherwise water stays in filter for ages. Never in my I life I had machine like this. I contacted customer service and some warranty company, they claimed that it is not a problem, absolutely all right when water stays in filter for ages and never get drained.

I bought a willow washing machine, tried to do a quick wash, as soon as the machine started to fill water poured from underneath the door, I contacted willow help number, warranty company (?) explained the problem and was told an engineer would contact me within 1working day after 2 more calls to find out what was happening, I was passed to a very rude and arrogant man, he said it must have been damaged when it was being deliver and had nothing to do with them and was closing the case, all this without an engineer calling, I will never buy a willow product again I and I strongly advise anyone buying anything from this company in the future, it’s just a pity I can’t give a minus rating

I purchased a white retro fridge from mark at West Midlands Electrical Superstore for £554 on 6.4.23. It arrived with squeaky door hinges. I contacted mark who told me to contact Willow Appliances direct. When I contacted Willow they said that they were not obliged to repair the fridge and in fact it should be down to mark to replace the fridge. I told Mark this who wasn’t happy and he said he would contact Willow himself. Willow then contacted me and said as a good will gesture they would send an engineer. The engineer turned up a month later with a tub of Vaseline to repair the fridge! What a joke! Needless to say it did not resolve the problem and he said they would instead order some hinges. I’m still waiting for my fridge to be repaired. I’ve been in contact with Mark, the engineer and Willow for months now and I’m being lied to by all 3. If I’d gone to Curry’s like I usually do then this would have been resolved straight away.

The Willow 6 burner duel fuel 90cm WS90DFBL cooker arrived via Amazon 2 months prior to finishing my new kitchen so we could make sure it fitted. The outside packaging was intact. First one hob rack had no rubbers, they did sent some. However when it was installed the back bowed into the middle both ends, making the pans slide. I called Amazon who said it was my fault for not fully putting it together on arrival! Even though my downstairs was completely gutted and having a refit! Willow told me to phone Bull Appliances, who said they only do electrical faults. Amazon told me pay the gas man again to remove, sent it back, get a refund after they receive it back, then buy a new one. Or offered £50 for a new hob, but Willow don't do spare parts. So it will cost £120×3 to 1st instal. Remove and reinstall a cooker with gas man, then prob 1 month no cooker! 3 disabled adults in my house, no cooker no joke! What a waste of time and money! Should have gone to Currys
