Asked Willow to source a diamond necklace for my Mum’s birthday. Willow was very informative during the process of getting the necklace made. When it arrived I was so pleased, it’s stunning and I can’t wait to see my Mum’s face on her birthday.

I purchased a ring and I adore it, it’s exactly what I was looking for!!
My only negative is I would’ve appreciated a little more communication, I never received an email to say my order had been dispatched or I was never sent tracking information.
Also, if you’re purchasing from Ireland just be aware you will have to pay customs fees.

The pink sapphire ring was even better than I expected! I paid through the 'Shop' app and was unsure of the tracking information or when the ring would be dispatched but Willow responded promptly to my queries and notified me of when the ring sent.
I love this ring and will be back to buy more jewellery.
