so so happy with the way 2 of my bikes and turbo trainer were serviced and repaired in the comfort of my own garden. I tried various mechanics in the past and was never totally happy with the service and the job done. Wilker came all the way to South London and fixed all my bikes during my break. He was so thorough, listened to my needs and fixed everything incredibly accurately. Bikes have never felt better!
I won’t never bother booking, going, waiting and going back to normal bike shops ever again - what a waste of time and stress. This service is game changing.

Willy built my last 3 bikes making me the envy of anyone that rides a bike. If you want a unique build speak to Willy about how you can save money while building a high spec steed.

Great service as always with Willy. Friendly, funny but hugely knowledgeable about bikes. Willy gave me great advice when purchasing my newest bike. I am also pretty sure there isn’t anything that Willy cannot fix on a bike. Cannot recommend enough.

Went above and beyond at every step with my bike build. Finding and suggesting parts for me to order before building the bike from the convenience of my living room. Then ensuring every part of the bike was perfect before handing it back to me. He was very knowledgeable and I was a lot more confident with the build than taking it to a shop. Will 100% be using Willy’s Wheels again.

Great service!! Quick communication about a delay due to the high winds in London, but was right on time with the new appointment. He happily set up in our front garden to go over the bike while I had to jump on a call. Very clear with details about an existing issue with my gears, and attached an old pannier rack for me. Bike is looking better than when I got it!! Definitely will use them again :)

Professional, friendly, convenient, knowledgable…perfection. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Willy’s Wheels. I genuinely can’t stand dropping my bike off at a shop and never knowing when I’m going to get it back, or what they are actually doing to it. Such a nice experience to have Willy’s rock up, meticulously take the bike apart, and to be able to ask questions along the way. Plus, the pro cycling stories are awesome to chat about. I’d been taking my bike to a local bike shop for servicing, until I met Wilker on a bike ride. The Willy’s Wheels idea of coming to me for a service is ideal, especially when working from home.

Over the past year I’ve had the full service (after riding a lot miles!) and a basic service for a bit of a tune up. Both times I’ve been really happy with how my bike has felt and looked.

Wilker is a skilled mechanic, really knowledge and generally a top guy - I recommend him to anyone who asks!
