Fantastic customer service, reliability and attention to detail. Had no idea the business is run by a former professional cyclist. I had my bike fully stripped down and rebuilt, runs like a dream. I plan to use WW in future for all my bikes and will recommend to friends.

Wilker from Willy's Wheels is an absolute legend! He's a brilliant mechanic, my bike is running like a dream and it's so great that he comes to you which saves a lot of time & hassle. His prices are better than any bike shop I have used and the work is top quality. I've already recommended him to my friends and all my future bike work will be going to him! I can't recommend him enough!

Top quality from start to finish! Wilker was communicative in the lead-up to the service. The work was done with professionalism and great attention to detail - both bikes now ride and look like new! Pricing was transparent and very reasonable - Wilker communicated what needed to be done, and didn't try to upsell / push other work.

Wilker’s service was professional and reliable. He went above and beyond to fix all the issues I had been having with my bike and advised me on new parts I needed to buy. Eternally grateful and as previously spent hundreds of pounds during the year and it had not been fixed!

Had a fantastic service from Willy's Wheels. Really easy to organise and very reasonably price, Wilker took the time to find out what my issues had been with my bikes previously and made it his personal mission to sort them out! I've had issues with my gears for what feels like a lifetime and finally they've been sorted, honestly feels like I've got a brand new bike.

When I needed a new part, Willy's Wheels involved me in the process of choosing which model which really helped me learn more about my bike, then came back to fit the new part on the next day so that I could be off riding in the sunshine that same weekend.

Would highly recommend to anyone needing a service in London, he really knows his stuff and goes above and beyond for his customers.

Fantastic service from Willy’s Wheels. It was super easy to book in a service and great to have a service that’s affordable, friendly and accessible. I’ve ridden my bike a few times now and it feels so smooth and my brakes are working perfectly. They also did a check up a couple of months after which was great as wilker was able to make a couple of adjustments. Absolutely recommend!

Best bike mechanic in london hands down. Really struggled finding a good mechanic in london as my bike constantly ran into issues and those were never fixed properly. I wish I have known of Willy’s Wheels sooner as we no longer have any worries with our bikes when we hit the road now. Additionally, they have been super professional in handling the paperwork with my insurer when I was involved in an accident including the assessment and repair. Super quick response and service.

Wilker has been nothing but incredible in the year that I’ve known him. From calling him to help me change my tyre, to him popping round late into the evening to ensure my bike was ready to ride the next morning, Wilker is a top class mechanic with an incredible attention to detail. He provides an excellent service at great prices, and will never overcharge for little extras he does. He’s even taught me things so that I can fix them on my own now. Highly recommend him!

Willy's Wheels serviced the single speed I'd owned for years. I've had it serviced elsewhere numerous times and when finished it felt like a new bike, significantly better than any service done on it before by other places. And when we discovered a problem that needed fixing, because he had the time he went with me to the bike shop on the day, waited with me for the part, and installed same day so I could get back out there asap. Really committed to his customers and did a phenomenal job.
