This is a scam. Bought the cord shorts. Very poor quality and fit. They took ages to arrive suspect from China. Tried to get a refund, cannot read refund policy as site is not secure. Offered 10,20 and then 30% refund due to high shipping cost.

Bought (premium) shorts and it took them weeks to arrive. When they did arrive they were anything but premium & not even the right colour. Tried to return under 30 day guarantee but was offered 10% refund & keep the shorts.

Very questionable and clearly not the organisation they are projecting. I ordered shorts, no communication over despatch date, no option online to cancel order. Emailed to request cancellation. Have been in an ongoing dialogue where I have been told they can change the order but not cancel it. So can change size of product or style, but cancelling impedes work flow. Nonsense. Have outlined fully that they currently have both product and my money. Have requested complaints details and that has been met with more confused references regarding fulfillment teams as opposed to sending simple details.

Backstreet factories churning out cheap goods at inflated prices based on exaggerated claims over quality. I recently ordered from this company. The clothes were nothing like the images or how described. The material was poor, and the sizing was incorrect. I attempted to return , as they advertised as UK. However, the return I was told would cost me $50 which was almost equal to the cost I paid. I was offered 10% refund. I complained over many emails , and was eventually given 30% discount. Meaning I paid 70% for something I will never wear. Do not buy from this company
