Well what can I say that many other customers have said, will keep it short the items I purchased are crap and they are from China .
How can they call themselves Wilson & Carter from london and get off with it .
Never again from Facebook they need to look at the feedback from this scam company robbiig honest people of their hard earned money.

Cheap poor quality shorts

Cheap poor quality shorts, not even as depicted when ordering.
Paid £60 for 2 pairs! Items only worth about £5 a pair.
Avoid buying from them at all costs.

Cheap poor quality from China

As said by others these are cheap poor quality items from China not London. I purchased 2 polo shirts that don't look like the picture. The collar buttons also didn't line up on one of the shirts. My advice, save your money and don't purchase from this site

How I wish I'd read the reviews BEFORE I ordered a pair of boots, which turned out to be cheap and nasty plastic which I will never wear. And as everyone else has said, it's impossible to return them, they're not a London based company, etc, etc...I am now sadder and much wiser. AVOID!

WILSON & CARTER (London)
loved the look of the polo shirts. I was going to order several but my wife warned me - how right she was! Apart from taking weeks to arrive it was nothing like the picture. It was cheap tee shirt material, no label, the collar and sleeves were nothing like the picture. The joke was that it said reduced from £199. 99. I think the decimal point was in the wrong place by a factor of 100. £1.99 is more like it. This is most definitely a scam. They are not in London. There are other sites selling the same photo - don't be drawn in!!!
Ironically, I might pay £199.99 for a shirt that looked like the picture.

Bought a shirt reduced from £99 to £29.99. The quality is very poor and there is no label on the shirt. The picture on the website is different to the shirt delivered. The website suggests that the returns process is easy. What a joke! They want anywhere between $30 and $50 to return the item. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE

Sharp practice!

The company mentions several times on its website -- headed Wilson & Carter, London, with a picture of Tower Bridge -- that returns are easy, quick, hassle-free. In the event, after a lengthy exchange of emails, I have found that although the -- unsatisfactory -- goods were sent to me from a UK address, W&C are telling me to spend the equivalent of the purchase price in postage to return the goods to somewhere in Asia. Alternatively, they're offering me a 20% -- increased to 30% -- refund, or a credit note for the value of the goods. But I never want to deal with them again! This presentation of themselves as a UK-based company is therefore clearly dishonest, and the fact that they have buried the returns policy within the small print is unfair commercial practice, which I propose reporting to the Trading Standards.

Scam site offer 40% refunds should be shut down

I bought a pair of boots priced at £139 reduced to £39.99 . Absolute rubbish scam site will only offer me 40% refund or shipping to china the product is rubbish plastic and unwearable they dont even want it back avoid this company scam they keep the money and send you rubbish

Avoid at all cost. A bunch of shysters

I gave one star but only because I couldn't score it zero. The item sent was not as advertised and was of very poor quality. Tried to return it only to be told that the cost of returning (to China) was as much as $50 US. The advert showed it as a discounted item with the original price being £130 approx. I wouldn't pay any more than £5 in a street market for this shoddily made piece of rubbish. The after sales service was absolutely appalling.
Do not buy from this company but if like me, fool that I am, press them for more that the initial 10% refund they offer. Although still feeling p****d off at my own stupidity I did get them to offer a 40% refund

This is a sham company - DO NOT USE

This is a sham company, DO NOT USE THEM! Pretending to be from London UK but my payment went through the USA. I ordered a hoodie that obviously was made in China or another 3rd world country. The material is cheap nylon with a print of the actual image on it and not as per the image shown on their website which is a cotton type material that is dyed.
