Customer Service on point

The original key that i bought did not work and I was afraid I had been scammed but i contacted customer service and they replied right away and they then gave me a replacement key which worked.

I purchased a Windows 11 Avoid – Online activation key already usedPro license…

I purchased a Windows 11 Pro license with ONLINE activation from WinCDKey. The key did not work.

When attempting to activate Windows, I received the following error:

“The product key has already been used on another device.”
Error code: 0xC004C008

This clearly indicates that the key was previously used, which makes it invalid for first-time activation. This is not a user error, nor a hardware change — it is a reused key.

The product was advertised as online activation (not phone activation), yet it failed immediately. This defeats the purpose of buying a “new” license.

I have contacted support requesting a refund and provided technical evidence. At this point, I strongly question the reliability of their license sourcing.

If you need a legitimate Windows license for business or professional use, I recommend avoiding this vendor. Cheap upfront, expensive in time and frustration.
