In my last order someone wrote me a…

In my last order someone wrote me a note telling me that the pole I had ordered was too short. It was scribbled on a scrap piece of paper, slightly unprofessional. Service is always very good but prices are slightly high, I now shop around due to this fact.

I've been having good communication…

I've been having good communication with the team over a issue I had regarding the wording and misunderstanding of a product on the website which I purchased. I'm in the process with them of getting this problem solved in a timely manner. They have taken on board the issue and are happy to address it.
