I’ve been looking for a domestic service like this for two or three years and was thrilled to see this new service available in London. Having been very impressed by the information provided on their website, I placed a subscription order and got the two new window boxes and winter plants the very next day, and they look absolutely stunning. I’m very impressed and this company deserves to succeed. I’m looking forward to the next season’s flowers already!

Got the plants and the window box delivered today and I have to say, it’s worth every penny! The convenience of it plus the variety of plants make it worthwhile. The window box is super sturdy as well. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

Super smooth service! I run a bespoke estate agency and these window boxes make my life a lot easier especially in current times!!! Saves a trip to the garden centre and the cost of a gardener to come and maintain our rental properties planters on a regular basis! As long as you water the boxes, the plants are sturdy and look great! I’ve just ordered a couple for my own place- they’ll look great within sash windows!! Thanks again guys!!

Amazing window boxes! I have a couple of window boxes that have been a nightmare with changing the soil and plants every season for the past few years. I don’t have outside space so every time I need to re plant it creates such a mess inside with new compost and trips to the garden centre. After the set up, the seasonal inserts make it super easy, and they look 10x better than I could plant myself. Thanks again and definitely recommend!!!

My sister and I are thrilled with our window box! The process has gone really smoothly, from placing the order on the website, through to the delivery. Then all we had to do was open the box and place the window box with its beautiful autumn flowers on the windowsill. No hesitation in recommending this wonderful company.

Absolutely delightful floral box and excellent service

I saw this first on Sheerluxe and placed my order immediately as I had been looking for a window floral box that was both gorgeous and affordable and this was it. The seasonal refills was also a major bonus for me.

My order arrived promptly in an easy to install format and I have received many compliments from my neighbours. I sent an email on a Sunday evening requesting feedback on how to maintain the plants and was pleasantly surprised to receive a response from Frannie (co-founder) almost immediately, talk about efficient customer service!

Overall, I am very pleased with my window box and look forward to my Autumn refill!

The customer service was excellent and, whilst the flowers included in the box were a little different to those advertised on the website (due to COVID), they’re still gorgeous. Installation instructions were easy to follow. They’re brightening up my WFH experience!

Our experience of ordering with Windowfleur has been great from start to finish. Beautiful, easy-to-use website and swift delivery. The quality of the flowers and box is really high, exactly in line with the pictures and descriptions on the website and the packaging is suitably sized and fully recyclable.

I would never have usually purchased window flowers because it takes so much work, however with Window Fleur it was super simple, super stylish, and v good value. Love what the team are doing! My neighbours are all asking too....

Couldn't recommend Window Fleur more. The flowers are beautifully selected and look great in the different box options. The company provides really clear care instructions (which is great for someone who doesn't know a lot about flower care!) and are always quick and friendly when responding to any questions - can't wait for my next refill!
