The window installers arrived on time
The window installers arrived on time. They did a nice job of explaining how the windows would be installed and completed the installation process. Afterwards, they even performed basic clean up before leaving our house. We’re happy with our new windows!

Several errors with order
Several errors with order, still to be fixed. Still waiting on final breakdown of sales for windows. The men who installed them was awesome. They were professional, explained how to operate windows, and did GREAT installing windows. The trim work and caulking was the best of have seen. The installer explained that he would document the window errors, and missing screen. I was notified the next day by Kate about the 4 windows with errors, shutters,and screen and when estimate of completion, which will be another month.

The man that did the repairs was nice…
The man that did the repairs was nice and very good at fixing the windows.
However, I am not satisfied with the financing. I saw on the website I could have financed thru Window Nation and not Synchrony who is charging us a lot of interest. I would like to change to Window Nation if possible. Not sure how to do this.

Double hung windows
My 5 new black outside and white inside double hung windows were installed on Monday, November 17th by Brennan. He was a very experienced and knowledgeable installer and he was able to complete the job in one day and it really changed the look of my home. Too soon to say anything about energy savings yet, but they are really easy to clean inside the home and the full window screen is easily removed as well. I would highly recommend them if you are in the market to replace old windows. Mine were 41 yrs old, so it was time to replace.

The install was horrible my 5000 dollar…
The install was horrible my 5000 dollar door looks horrible my sliding glass door was shoved into place and the door was to big for the opening but they didn't care they just shoved it into the hole. There was one installer that did some of the windows and those turned out great. But the door a toddler could of done a better job. My front door doesn't seal. And light is coming in from the bottom right corner. The installer was very confrontational after I was happy with my horrible install. I dont recommend anything from window nation. It was a horrible experience and an unprofessional install.

Window Nation was great and easy to work with!! Sales person, measuring tech, and especially installation crew, were professional, courteous, and meticulous. Windows look great!! I have to reserve final judgement on window quality, and installation until after a year or 3 years or even 5 years. As of today we are more than happy with window quality and installation.
