The sales person was very nice easy to work with. He came to my house after my working hours which was nice.
After the contract was signed and the next person was scheduled to measure my windows I had to take a half of my day off. The windows were ready in 6 weeks. When the installation workers came they didn't want to put the windows in because it was supposed to rain at noon. Considering how much rain we had this year I was wondering if they worked at all this spring. I told them that I would have to take another day off and the weather is never guaranteed. I did asked them to start to work and we will see how the weather will play. The weather was fine. The problem was that some of the windows were measured wrong and they didn't have enough trim for the outside of the windows.
Few days later I got a phone call that someone will come to my house to measure my windows again.
I had to take another half day off to meet the person at my house.
This time I was told that the windows are too big but they have someone who can install them and it would work.
Few weeks later I had to take another half day off to meet the installer. The installer placed the too big of a windows, but he told me that the trim is special order and that he doesn't have it. He will call the shop and order it.
This was over month ago and I never heard from them. I contacted the sales person to find out where we are will the trim but no luck as of now.
This could be all prevent if the first person would take correct measurements and order the custom trim.
Lots of people who don't know what they are doing. The installation doesn't look that great neither. I think that I could do better job with the sealant around my windows. I regret that I chose this company when there is such a big competition out there.
So three months later my windows are still dirty and not finished.

One thing fixed but had to make another appointment so they can rip out the whole door and put it back in again because it was never installed right in the first place. These are supposed to be the best installers installing the best products. They sure charged me enough for them. I wish I could be writing a review that everything was great and done right the very first time but my time is being wasted every time they come out to constantly fix their products that were made to fit my house. They could refund me for the inconvenience I'm constantly going through. The only thing positive I do have to say is every installer that has been working on my house has been courteous, respectful of my property and cleans up any mess. I don't think any issue is their fault or lack of experience but something is wrong somewhere and this company guarantees it'll get fixed but doesn't understand my time is valuable and have better things to do with my off days then watch my door being attempted to be fixed again and again over and over.

Arrived when expected. Very respectfull and professional. Quality products and install. Brock and his crew did a great job cleaning up after themselves.

Brad set up our repair appointment the day before he came out and he was right on time. He took the time to explain the problem and fixed the windows within 20 minutes. Very personable.

There is still a repair that is not done. Technician came out to replace bent strip on eye brow window & discovered lumber you had installed under it was badly bowed which caused the strip you installed over it to bow. He was not prepared for that. We have tried to find out how you are going to fix that only to get a big run around. My husband called & requested a Service Mgr call him. Instead of calling us, I get an email that they are going to schedule a service call. A SERVICE CALL TO DO WHAT ?????

They installed my windows fast, in one day. They came in the morning and we're done shortly after I got home from work. My new windows are beautiful!

Installers did not show up the first day.
Second day they did come and did a good job

They kept me updated as to when my order was going to be ready. Installation was quick and installers were knowledgeable about the product.

The technician was very professional and worked hard getting the windows installed. One of the windows lock was broken. So I am waiting on hearing back on when it will be repaired or replaced. Which is why it is not 5 stars

From the salesmen to the install crew, everything was wonderful. Pricing was transparent and the crew were courteous and efficient. The process went smoothly and the windows were even installed 3 weeks sooner than expected which was great for us! Highly recommend this company for your next windows purchase & install!

We were originally told it would take 4-6 weeks for our windows to come in, it ended up taking almost 9 weeks. This wouldn’t have been a big deal had updates and proper communication been given. Communication was extremely poor, however, the installers that came with the company once the windows arrived were phenomenal. Extremely easy to work with, very friendly and also very understanding when payment was not ready because window nation never told us to have payment ready for the installers. Payment was taken to window nation the next day. Would highly recommend the installers, however, we never heard from the salesman, Chuck after he placed the order.

The new bow window looks great. The crew was polite and friendly, and worked hard to get a quality job done in an efficient manner.

I love my new windows. They are high quality windows at an affordable price. My home sounds really quite, out side noises are very little to none. The installers were top notch. Thanks Window Nation !!🤗
