They did all 15 windows in just a short time. They look really great and no air coming through. Did a great job.

Windows are fantastic. One grid was a little crooked and the entire window was replaced with no problems. Everyone we have met has been very helpful.

Our salesman Josh D was our first introduction to Window Nation (WN). What a great company representative - He was pleasant, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He was very low-key, with no high-pressure sales tactics. He answered our questions (and we had LOTS), gave us ample time to consider all possibilities, and provided multiple ways in which we could achieve our window replacement goals. He reviewed options such as a staged procedure vs an all-in-one install and how each of those options would work for us. The quality, warranty, financing options and an in-house install team combined to make our decision an easy one. We chose to have all 35 windows replaced by WN.
Our windows were installed 10 days earlier than anticipated, and the install crew not only lived up to Josh's promises, they exceeded them. Dustin, Aaron, Steve & Mike were timely, professional, highly skilled, and extremely conscientious about respecting our property. Additionally, they demonstrated wonderful teamwork. The camaraderie and respect between the four of them was a pleasure to witness. They all clearly love what they do and it shows. Dustin frequently checked in with us to ask if we saw any issues or had any questions or concerns. They did a great job cleaning up as they went. Lou stopped by as an extra set of eyes to check in with us and help the install team by delivering the rest of the windows they couldn't fit in their truck that morning.
We received follow-up phone calls from Josh and from Window Nation to confirm the install and the windows met our expectations.
The best part - the windows!!! Our home is AMAZINGLY snug and so quiet!!

Our installers showed up right on time. They were very polite and courteous the entire day! They have installation down to an art form. The entire installation took 5 hrs to complete. Very happy with our windows and our install. Thank you!

Overall the experience was fine. Our design consultant David Roberts was excellent, he provided the initial estimate. The one thing was after the final measurement there seem to be a disconnect in communication on when we could schedule to get our windows installed. I would receive ETA emails with a date and the date would change and I would respond to the email with no response. I reached out to David and he found answers and I had to call back to customer service after a period of still trying to find out when it would be scheduled. Shortly after that I received a call and they were able to schedule next day. The install went fine and the windows appear to be of good quality so far. Other than the communication hiccup it was a good experience.

Everything I was told from salesperson to the person that came out to measure the window to the installers. All information they gave me from the last screw installed and the cleanup you can't ask for much more then that told pro.

Very Hard to get a hold of anyone and messed up bookkeeping as they seem to think I owe them another $542, yet the contract balance is on there. The confusion comes in as the original contract didn't specify a down payment. On the new paper work it did not have our payments just the down payment. We thought since they had the balance on the bottom this appeared to be our down payment as we gave them multiple payments. It wasn't as it had more owed on the down. I recommend having someone redo your bills to show the actual down and a true balance owed at the bottom. Do not keep the down payment separate.
The installers were great! The work was great! Windows are very nice. Internally, they have some things to fix. A phone number to reach the people that email you about contacting them if you have an issue, impossible to get a hold of!
I would still recommend them.

They installed 13 windows and a patio door. The products do a great job keeping the winter cold and summer heat out. They were not cheap. Any time we have questioned how to use one of them, they do not hesitate to help. Their service persons are knowledgeable about their products, polite, friendly, and considerate of property. However, we have found issues with the patio door. Mainly factory build issues.

Very fair pricing and great customer service during install.

The windows are a nice upgrade for our house. Exteriors look good and the interiors provide a new, cleaner look. Changing the interior color from white to beige was a good choice for us. Danny and his installation crew was professional and courteous. They worked very hard and answered all questions we had as the job progressed.

Our windows were installed in the early 2006, but the security guards were beginning to malfunction, so I called to ask if someone could replace them. A rep came out and replaced the guards we had, checked the guards on the other windows, checked each window to be sure it moved up and down correctly. He was incredibly thorough, professional, friendly, and helpful.
