The crew were professional, helpful and informative. Showed me the use and care of the windows. They cleaned up after themselves. Took care to put down plastic. I am very happy with my experience and would use them again!

Excellent customer service!
Our windows were installed in the early 2006, but the security guards were beginning to malfunction, so I called to ask if someone could replace them. A rep came out and replaced the guards we had, checked the guards on the other windows, checked each window to be sure it moved up and down correctly. He was incredibly thorough, professional, friendly, and helpful.

The technician ruined the cladding on 2 windows with a heat gun
We were told they would replace both windows and later called to tell us the warranty from Regency Windows who installed the windows and then were purchased by window nation would honor the warranty. We purchased the remaining windows from window nation because of the promised warranty
Next we were told a manager would get back with us and there has been no followup

Great Company, Great service
From the moment we called Window Nation to meeting with our Salesmen David Larussa and picking out the best windows that fit our need and budget. The installation of our windows has been easy and no issues. Window Nation kept us updated on the time frame on our windows being installed. They stayed right on schedule. I would like to say the windows installers were great. They were here on time, they were fast and did a terrific job. They were polite, friendly and didn’t mind me asking a few questions while they worked. They cleaned up afterwards to the point you wouldn’t know they had been here. I love my new windows. Thank you all for a terrific job from sales team to the installers. I highly recommend Windows Nation!

10 years after installing my sliding…
10 years after installing my sliding door they fixed the trim and the screen door. Everything now looks and functions like new. Oh, and it was free!!

Window Nation Honored their Warrenty
Window Nation was tasked with applying new siding to our home. The siding in the dormer area came completely off and in several areas it began to slide. Window nation came out and attached/replaced several pieces. Do to the delay in supplies they were not able to complete the work. As soon as the supplies are in we are assured that they will complete the job. The technicians were very nice and professional. They explained the process before they started and went over the work after they were finished. They even addressed some areas we did not see. We look forward to the completion of the job.
