Window replacement
I am happy with the window, the workers were nice and worked steadily to complete the installation. I would recommend the workers have sufficient tarps for covering more areas. The sale representative that initially came was very nice and professional with the window presentation and making sale specials. I would suggest the special discount offer the customer is given should be allowed to decide within 36 hours, instead of the same day of the presentation.

Very happy with our windows.
We had our entire house done and the windows are great. The installers did a very professional job. Commutation was a little low as one of four is fluent in English, they are polish. There could have been less mess with plastic and tarps. Day one was a no go due to lack of knowledge on one window design. He did not understand a small picture window attached to a larger window and I give him credit he would not proceed until it was correct. The final product, frames, caulking and clean up is excellent. 4.5 ⭐

My experience with this company was great because the representative explained the product in detail, and all my questions were answered. Additionally, the company's backing of its own product guarantees a direct connection with the company, rather than third-party companies. The excellent customer service, including the time they accommodated for installation, and the promptness of the workers, who were always on time and willing to answer any questions I had throughout the process.

showed up on time and explained everything in great detail so I could understand. Then checked out all the windows to make sure they were operating correctly and made some minor adjustments.

The team that put our windows in worked hard. There was two of them and they completed the job all in one day. They were courteous and respectful of our home. They cleaned up all of the mess and took the old windows with them.
