Avoid at all costs
Replaced windows, salesmen said all rot would be replaced, it wasnt. Said any issues would be addressed and they werent. Window has a massive leak that didnt exist prior to repair and they are blaming the deck flashing.
I can repair that, but not having people on site who speak proper english to explain situations id unacceptable. They also could have fixed it for $20 while the work was being done.
Go with renewal by anderson or another reputable company. Window nation wont last long with how unprofesionally they communicate. Person who came out was very combative that it was my fault and they couldnt care less to make any attempt to resolve the situation.
Overpriced, trash.
