Password reset issue.

Had a problem with password reset, and the response I got was very good. "Garry" was excellent (made a newbie like me feel like a seasoned user).

Issue Resolved Quickly

I was experiencing problems with downloading Windscribe. After many tries on my own. I requested a chat. In no time I was set and ready to go. Thank you for the time and patience.

For a non-techy person this is an easy install

For a non-techy person, this was relatively easy to install, and GARRY, the chat bot is really helpful. I had problems getting on to my bank with the VPN switched on and with the use of GARRY, I managed it. The VPN was doing it's job, but the bank didn't like me having a VPN. I was talked though how to alter the setting to allow my bank through, and how to check it was working. Great piece of software!
