Ordered 3 bottles of a decent Rioja. Arrived in time expected, well packaged and via DPD who are always reliable and provide helpful delivery updates. Happy with the price paid, range and delivery.

It was more of a snacks hamper rather than a beer hamper as there were only 4 small bottles of beer but what there was was OK

Everything arrived as ordered

Avoid this company. I had a wowcher deal, but the link did not work. I raised with wowcher who were very good, and raised this to the company, who have never responded. They then changed the status of the wowcher to redeemed (verified by wowcher) but still no wine. I have emailed several times but still no response. I now can't cancel the order, because the wowcher has been redeemed, even though I haven't managed to redeem it, but there is literally no response at all from this shoddy company. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Struggled to find this wine in the UK so was grateful for them obtaining it. Great communication about delivery. Thank you!

Placed and order and everything came no stress. Order packed well. They used DPD who let me know beforehand that delivery was imminent. Had a few exchanges via email with no problems - would definitely use them again.

I ordered 36 bottles of wine through winebuyers and paid for them - I received an email telling me that the wine was delayed and I could get a refund or wait. I decided to wait. This was in 2022 - I have emailed teh company 100's of times, I have requested a refund, I have asked for vouchers and alternatives. The company has not responded to any. Order wine through this organisation at your peril.

I had a great experience with Winebuyers. I ordered a gift for my brother and it arrived sooner than I thought it would considering is was shipped from abroad. Simple to order and regular updates from courier. And a very happy brother! I would definitely use Winebuyers again.
