I ordered 6 bottles of vinho verde at this site. After waiting 2 weeks without communication or receiving the bottles, I tried to reach them by email (client adres and Sara directly) without answer. I tried calling a few times, but they were not reachable. After another week, I threatened to block the payment, but again no reaction, so I blocked the payment. Not sure if this website is a scam or a real wine vendor.....

Order received, but it took a while.
Placed an order over a month ago, didn't receive anything. Also I get no reply on e-mails and the phone isn't answered either.
Update: I received a response from the seller, once I receive my order I will update my review again.
Update 2: I received my order today. It's a shame they have so limited communication, that would avoid a lot of frustration.

This was my first experience
This was my first experience with the store. Everything went smoothly – the goods were shipped the very next day after the payment was received, and I received updates about the order via email from the supplier. The bottle was very carefully packed, with several protective layers. The wine was shipped from Portugal to the Czech Republic, so I consider the delivery time of up to 6 days to be reasonable. The store stands out to me because it offers a wide range of wines that other online shops with delivery to the Czech Republic do not. Thank you.

Finally the parcel was delivered…
Finally the parcel was delivered correctly. However it was 3 months after I placed and payed the order. Also, I was sending several reminders and for none of them there was any reaction. This should be improved.

Scammed. No delivery, No responses.
Bought olive oil for almost ~200 eur and my order is still undelivered and no responses to any of my emails. I have given up and I'm not expecting to see any of my money back. I'm only writing this review because I got the email notification. If this review stops someone making an order, I'm more than content.
It's 100% scam site. I would've known this if I had done my research, but I didn't because I'm a lazy idiot.
