Nice wine - lousy service
- revieved the wine a bit later than expected
- 2 bottles of 36 were broken, repacked by DPD
- gave a notice to winehouse portugal and waived the right of reimbursement - the value of the 2 bottles was relatively small and I do not want to invest too much time for this
- I expected at least something to convince me to order again, but: nothing

Bad communication.
1 box of wine returned from dpd to portugal. The don’t react at mail or chat.
Easy to solve by resending the wine. But allmost no reaction from the seller.

Slow in delivery but good in selection
Selling well sellected - different than others - wines. Be patient in receiving your goods, it simply works this way. 2 months of waiting is normal if you've ordered a rare stuff. Reminding by e-mail about your order helps. Slow but good seller. Always coming back to them if no rush in receiving your precious order.

Shipping started 2 weeks after order…
Shipping started 2 weeks after order and payment, no answer to several mails regarding the expected date of shipping. For 2 weeks I thought it was a scam and my money was lost. 3 weeks after ordering the parcel was delivered.

Ordered a really special nice Port. Due to holidays it arrived later as expected, but Sara was so nice and kept me informed throughout the process and really reached out to help as much as possible.
Would definitely order again once we’ve finished this wonderful bottle ❤️

They didn't send the order. I've mailed them about a month later. 2 months later still no reply, I've had to escalate the issue with PayPal. Thank god for the buyer protection there.
