I've been ordering from Wine Insiders for a while now
My last order was handled absolutely horribly. I placed the order on July 9th. The package was damaged in shipment. I called to get a clarification about the process of correcting the situation. I was told that the order was being processed again. Several days later I still had not received any communication that the wine had been reshipped. I sent several emails, getting a runaround each time. I was told that they couldn't resend the package until they had confirmation that FedEx had shipped the damaged order back to Wine Insiders.
I had purchased the package protection. The order should have been reprocessed immediately. It's been 14 days since my initial order. I had received no notification from Wine Insiders until I called them on July 23rd. I was told that the order had been repackaged and would be resent within the next couple of days.
I'm going to have to think about whether I will order wine from them again.
I ordered 3 cases of wine and noticed that the first order was more expensive than the second & third orders. One bottle was not discounted. Jonel adjusted the cost and gave credit towards my next order which will occur in the near future (LOL!). Thank you for good wine and good service.
I had an issue with a missing bottle of wine in my shipment. Fedex had repackaged my order and one bottle was missing, assume due to breakage. Wine Insiders were very prompt in dealing with this and issued me a credit. I have been very happy with the quality of the wines and service.
Read the ads they send you. They are written deceptively. I will not use this site ever again to order wine. There are more straightforward sites like Wins Enthusiasts
Had issues getting the promo discount on my wine, most likely due to user error. Using the chat option I was put in contact with John. He was great. He assisted me with getting the promo discount and made sure it was directed to my alternative delivery location. Couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. Thanks John.

The person who took my call addressed my concern (I think). I had asked that she send me either an email or text to confirm the change in delivery that we discussed. She indicated that she would send an email and confirmed my email address. Unfortunately, I have not received confirmation of the correction of delivery address for my order.
Initial shipping status was absent. After inquiring, I received excellent update as to why shipping is delayed. I think Wine Insiders could have been more proactive in letting customers know.
Difficult to understand an agent that doesn't enunciate clearly. I placesd an order on 07/07/25 at night #2131420 but the discount 'Winderful" that I entered was not applied. I was not able to go back and reentered the discount as it was marked order received. I called 07/08/25 to see if the discount could be applied or cancel the order if not. I was told the order can't be cancelled so I must refuse the shipment and Wineinsiders pays the extra cost! The agent said she would give !e a $25 credit? Why would I take a $25 credit when the discount was $75! This is the 4th time I have to call bcàuse there is a problem with your order system! I really like your wine but I don't think it is worth the extra time on my part!!
