Chiara è stata super efficiente a risolvere un problema sull’ordine. Sempre efficienti.
I had a problem placing an order from abroad. However Chiara was very helpful in solving the problem. All in all Im happy with this service. I will definitely use again.
I ordered for EUR 2500 on wines and although the same wines are still online available, they do not want to ship my PAID order.
I waited for more than a working week, but no real reaction...
In the meanwhile they still sell my ordered wine...but against a higher price....
You can not trust them....stay away from this webshop!
Update 28/5/2022
The client service desk says that they do not have the wine and cancelled my order.
Now the wine is again online in stock (14 bottles), but against EUR 300 more...
So conclusion, they are lying and not honest.
Now we will see how long it will take to get the refund from them...
Again, my advise is to stay away from this kind of not honest webshops...

Hi Hans, thank you so much for reporting this situation you've experienced, which is related to a very rare technical problem.
We have provided a full refund for your order and we have also given you a €50 giftcard to use as you want on Winelivery, in order to apologise for the inconvenience and to thank you for reporting it.
In the meantime, we have fixed the technical problem that you detected so that it will not happen again in the future: due to an error, the number of bottles that could be purchased in the app did not match the quantity actually available in our warehouse. We have now fixed the bug.
