Lack of communication
Came to Wings of Liberty with high expectations from recommendations online just to be shot down with the lack of communication. For some reason my package was had been delayed from it's original arrival, I order the clothes Sept 22 and Expected it on Oct 7 a week as since then and I'm stilling awaiting the arrival. I don't mind waiting as long as I was updated but every time I reached out to customer service time to time received little to no help which is irritating. I'm hoping that this could change sometime in the future

Custom pieces did not satisfy me and I couldn’t use them due to bad fit
Really need a responsibility for those pieces but the seller denied and always says that their products are made sure to be good and would satisfy customer before getting shipped out

I got the Hero biker jacket and it looks stunning,the packaging is very nice with the thanks letter and even a discount code, loved the materials and all the small details on it, and it cant go wrong with the smell, it smells like the zoo, will the smell go away after time ? One last thing, even though i got a size small but it runs big, especially on shoulder and sleeves kinda long, better if shorter. Thats pretty much everything, a good investment overall, definitely worth a comeback. 👍👍

Definitely worth buying. The materials used for the Talon are crazy good. The items fit nice. The details and designs are on points. Would recommend trying their stuff.

I purchased a denim jacket from Wings of Liberty, and I fell in love with the piece. I loved the style and material of the jacket. I also bought a t-shirt, and it's one of the most comfortable shirts ever. The customer service is phenomenal because they go out of the way to make sure their customers are happy.
