Outstanding Customer Service
I would highly recommend this dealership if you are thinking about purchasing a new or used Skoda. I was a little sceptical at first, having not bought a car in 16 years, yet the service I received outshone all my expectations. Jose was attentive to what I was looking for and patient in answering all my questions. Nothing was too much trouble for him and his manager, Mark, who made me feel like a valued customer. I am extremely happy with my new purchase and feel compelled to share my positive experience.

Great customer service
Booked my Skoda in for some repair work and MOT at the same time. Everything from the booking to the work being completed was straightforward and all the staff were polite and helpful. Leanne dealt with me on the day and was fantastic, taking the time to explain what was needed.

Over many years and a few cars I’ve always had a good experience. With both sales & maintenance. Most recently they managed to fit me in at short notice for a service which I really appreciated.
As a side note - I don’t mind waiting for a service here due to the good internet and air condition available upstairs!

Tasha ~ best customer service
Tasha assisted me with my motability appointment of getting my car in for diagnostics. She was very thorough with explanations when I was told I needed a new steering rack and explained to me the technician said it was still okay to drive and would be booked back in for a replacement as soon as the parts came in. Tasha kept me up to date and she is an absolute credit to the Skoda customer service team.
I struggle with my disability and tasha has been the only member of Skoda so far that has made me feel fully comfortable and at ease I would highly recommend her to anybody who requires assistance.

Great service, easy drop off. I had the whole day booked and explained that I finish work at 4 and they got it ready for me by then. Becky was lovely and kept communication with me about my car throughout the day. Thank you

Great value, even better staff
Excellent staff! I enquired a month ago about getting my AC recharged whilst in the area on holiday. Depsite a busy schedule, they said they would do their best to squeeze us in. On the day I showed up they manged to get the job done inside 90 minutes! Wonderfully friendly and professional staff, they even served up some refreshments.
Very happy to use them and will be coming back again if i have a problem.

Your receptionist lady Tasha was very polite, professional and welcoming. She explained the time my vehicle MOT would take. She already knew I was going to wait, offered me a refreshment and setup a place for me and my wheelchair. I laughed that there were only dog biscuits available and that I'd run out of time for lunch. She said not to worry and offered my one of her own. She's a super star. Big thank to her.

Found infomation and a member of staff checked compatibiliy before dispatch.
I found all the information I need to select the spare wheel kit I wanted for my Fabia. After I placed the order I received an email from a member of staff asking for my REG Number so they could check for compatibility, this was very reassuring. If I need to buy any more parts or accessories I will think of WINGS first.

Took our Skoda Karoq Sportline into…
Took our Skoda Karoq Sportline into Wings of Peterborough on Tuesday, July 14th 2026, and we have to say that the service we received was exceptional. From the booking in of the service and M.O.T. to them carrying out the work was fantastic. I waited for the car to be done, and they all treated me very well. It was nice to receive a folder containing all the paperwork and reports that they did. Would highly recommend this garage if you are looking for another car or you want one serviced. Special mention to the young lady who served me, I believe her name was Becky, who was really helpful and appreciated that I was going to wait for the car to be done.

Excellent customer service whilst booking my service snd MOT. On the day Becky was clear and professional in her handling of issues and called to update me on a couple of minor concerns. Coffee served on arrival and awaiting final collection and all staff helpful and attentive. Really excellent service all round.
