Just had my car serviced and mot's at Wings and found the whole team to be very helpful and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and even though I forgot to take my MOT voucher with me, Becky(?) on the service desk sorted it for me in no time. And she also made me a great cup of coffee.
Excellent seating area for waiting and free guest WiFi too.
They even washed my car which was a great touch. Very satisfied with the whole experience.

Faultless today. Octavia booked in for a first service. It took less time than I expected. A member of staff took time to answer my questions fully, which I had noted during my first year of ownership. All staff polite and helpful. Coffee was also very good!

I took my car in this morning to get the Adblue sensor checked as it was playing up. The car was thoroughly checked over, topped up and recalibrated. I needed to get my car back and it was about 5:10 and the service desk shuts at 5:30. A very very helpful lady called Lea kept me informed of the progress during the day and also agreed to stay late to enable me to collect my car which I needed. She was incredibly helpful, polite and generally very nice. Lea is a credit to the service department! I am very grateful for her help.

She kept us updated every step of the way.
We dreaded using a main dealer garage because we feared it would be so expensive but it was very fairly priced and quick response and detailed report about the issue. Leanne also provided option to pay interest free over several months.

Last week I took my car for its first service. I was pleasantly surprised; this was thanks to Leanne Humphrey. She was patient and took the time to explain everything to me. Once my car was finished, she called me to walk me through what work had been done on the car, as well as other things to keep an eye on.

My experience with Wings Škoda Peterborough was extremely poor, and I feel other customers should be aware of it.
The first red flag came at my first service on a one-year-old car, where I was left waiting for around 6 hours without anyone properly acknowledging me. For a main dealer, I found that unacceptable, and it set the tone for what followed.
Later, further issues arose around a dash cam installation carried out under Order 58200. After the first installation attempt, oily hand marks were left inside my vehicle. These were not minor marks in my view. They were obvious and unacceptable to leave on a customer’s interior. I also experienced DAB reception issues after the installation.
Because of those problems, the car had to go back for the dash cam work to be redone and the interior cleaned. I was not offered a courtesy car and was left without my vehicle for over a week while these issues were addressed.
When the vehicle was returned to me, Paul Reed scraped my car on my own drive while reversing. While that damage was later repaired, it remains part of the overall experience I had.
The most serious issue only became apparent much later, when the dash cam was professionally removed. At that point, I was informed that the rear interior trim above the rear window had been left misaligned and appeared to have been fixed through, leaving visible screw damage. This was not something obvious to me as a layperson in 2022, which is why it could not possibly have been resolved at that time. I provided photographs and raised the issue properly once it came to light.
Despite this, the dealership declined to remedy the issue, taking the position that modifying the trim was part of the installation process. At no time did I consent to my vehicle being altered in that way, and I do not accept that visible misalignment and exposed fixing damage represent an acceptable standard of workmanship from a main dealer.
What made this experience so poor for me was not one isolated event, but the overall pattern: being ignored, poor communication, issues following installation, being left without a vehicle while problems were corrected, damage during vehicle return, and then refusal to put right a later-discovered workmanship concern.
I had held back from leaving a review previously, but after everything that happened, I no longer felt staying quiet would be fair to other customers.
Based on my own experience, the high overall rating does not reflect the standard of service I personally received.
Overall, this was a deeply frustrating and disappointing experience.
Based on my experience, I would be very cautious about trusting Wings Škoda Peterborough with fitting work or with resolving issues when something goes wrong.

Uh, where do I start...these guys deserve award for their transparency and customer service. My Google review year ago was not just good enough, I do apologise for that. These guys are more amazing than I have said before- all professional, most helpful and most customer obsessed team. Top noch in everything- diagnostics, communication, advice, pricing, efficiency. No guessing games on diagnostics, no hidden or made up issues- car goes in with issue and limp mode and in need of few jobs and comes out like brand new car with transparent vehicle check reports, jobs carried out and so on. All in one service plan explained, payment options to suit everyones needs. Warranty cover all sorted- just sit back and relax with no stress- car is in good hands. Branch feels very welcoming- fresh, good quality coffee and incredibly supportive team. I am not sure what else I can say other than recommend this garage for all your skoda needs. I had been with them for about 1 and half year and I can say they been only amazing with everything. Highly recommended.
