I am a new customer for Wink Frozen Desserts. I just received my first order of 9 pack and 1 free. I only received 7 meaning 3 missing. Inside box was a list of my order. But not all were in the box. This might be a problem for delivery service.

I was impressed in the timely manor in which I received order.

Hoping for a better result.

Honest review from someone who was 260 pounds and just lost 30... OK--this is NOT really "ice cream." But given all the horrible reviews I've read, I was pleasantly surprised. I AM NOT A VEGAN. I love my treats, but have been on keto for 3.5 months. I bought 5 & have only tried the Salted Caramel. Taste is close...not quite there. It's creamy and admittedly I cannot eat more than probably 1/4 cup of this until I've had enough. It left a weird "feeling" in my mouth. It will be GREAT for those nights I'm craving dessert but can't have it! I will probably get 15-20 servings out of what they say is a 4-serving pint tho!! LONG STORY/SHORT: Buy if you're desperate for a treat once in a while if you're on keto or low carb. I intend to eat this stuff ONE big spoonful at a time...any more than that and I just don't want it.

Update: I was very surprised that I got a refund from Wink minus the shipping, which makes sense to me. Although I did not like the ice cream, I felt that the customer service aspect of the company earned them some stars. Thank you for that.

Okay so I purchased the 12 pack with random flavors. I tried every one and did not like a single one. It reminded me of peptol-bismol with light flavoring. I took them to work to see if co workers would like them and they all did not like them either. In the end I threw the ice cream away. I was very disappointed with the thought of wasting all that product and money.

The ice cream is delicious! It is flavorful and light, and I love the texture and consistency. I have recommended it to other health-conscious friends and they really enjoyed it as well. It is not available in many stores, and ordering it online has inconsistencies. Some orders have shipped and arrived within a few days of the order, some have taken multiple weeks to ship. Some delayed shipments were due to limited supply, and some had no explanation. The delivery itself is also inconsistent. Some orders arrive in great condition. Some orders have arrived with the dry ice melted, the ice cream partially melted, and dented/damaged pints. The inconsistencies of online ordering are frustrating because the ice cream is so delicious.

Look, it's not heavy-cream ice cream. It's not even medium calorie ice cream (like halo top). But it's super good for you and tastes amazing - I love getting my prebiotic fiber (Inulin) from the product and it is creamy and tastes sweet. The calories can not be beat and you have multiple food allergies, it's a god send.

Company wise, they have amazing customer service and respond to every question or request.

I discovered Wink while looking for paleo treats and love it! So many flavors, and so good. Customer service is outstanding!

I ordered four pints of the Wink frozen desserts, mainly because of the calorie count. I should have been more observant of the ingredients. Don't like the taste of these products, tried all of them. Maybe because I'm not vegan, just looking for a low calorie treat.

Horrible ice cream! I recently found our I am allergic to dairy and coconut so I have been looking for a dairy and coconut free ice cream. I first found out about Wink through Instagram. The photos and reviews were great so I decided to give it a try. I drove 20 minutes to my local Bristol Farms and purchased two different flavors. The taste of the vanilla flavor was so horrible I couldn't get myself to taste the second flavor. It tastes just like cardboard and it leaves a horrible after taste in your mouth. Pressed Juicery has delicious plant based ice cream and I was expecting this to be the same but I was so wrong.

This frozen dessert is the worst tasting option of dairy desserts I have ever had in my entire life. Literally, all of the sanity was taken out of the...whatever it is in order to make it 100 calories. Not worth it. Ever. Just have a sugar free popsicle or something.

Also, these other reviews are super fake. I can't believe how bad and general they are. STAY AWAY!

Update:they did send a refund. While I did not request this I certainly have respect for them for that action. I agree that it may not be for everyone which is why I said to try a pint before deciding on a larger order. From the reviews I’ve now seen it would appear that they do refund often. I would rather the company had kept my money and focused efforts on improving the product to be honest. Clearly not meeting expectations for many buyers. It is a good idea though and good organization so surely the product can be improved.

I am an ice cream fanatic. I’ve never met an ice cream I didn’t like. Until this. I bought a special package-multiple pack and thought even if it’s not the best I’ll get my ice cream fix without the negative effects. It truly was inedible. I’ve never thrown away ice cream but trashed every single container. Buyer beware. Try one pint first. I can’t describe it well but something like eating a pack of sweet and low. By itself. No flavor I think the positive reviews must be friends and employees.

Bought for Keto diet. Terrible aftertaste. Tastes like flavored frozen water. Weird grainy texture. Not edible. Bought 4 flavors, was a complete waste of money.

Wink is honestly fantastic! I’m allergic to gluten, processed cane sugars and dairy so before I found this I hadn’t had a treat in six years! It’s so good, and actually tastes like ice cream—not overly ice-ish but actually creamy (especially if you let it thaw till it’s just a lil bit melty!) it’s easy to fit into any macros if you’re training and is just all around my new favorite thing!

Sometimes you just need something sweet!!! I am thrilled to have found a treat that I can enjoy that doesn't have anything in it that will negatively affect my body. I have found my favorites and don't ever let my freezer get empty. Thank you WINK for making my new favorite treat!!!

I know many people love this but I ordered the 12 pint package and cant stand the taste of any of the flavors.

These people are awesome to work with. Changed to 5 stars for great customer service.

The only good thing I have to say about this brand is the customer service is satisfactory and their shipping methods were sufficient. All of the pints were received completely frozen which was good after traveling a few days in the summer heat. However, the dessert itself is horrible. They smell and taste like play dough. These desserts taste like something your child would make in their play kitchen. The taste of splenda was overwhelming and the texture of the dessert was grainy and horrible. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

I was so looking forward to these frozen treats. When they arrive they were still frozen. Packaged well. I almost couldn’t wait the 10 minute to thaw as instructed. Then I took a spoonful.... ughhh. The taste is not something close to Cake Batter. Then I thought well let me try the strawberry shortcake...... again such an awe full unnatural taste. I bought 4 pints .... salted carame and also s’mores. All with the same distinct taste. No difference in taste from one to the other. I am so disappointed. I spent a total of $41.99 and my order number is #85375.

After contacting Wink via email, I did receive a partial refund which is appreciated. For that alone, I will modify my review to 3 stars.

I find it curious that every other review (even written later than mine) has been verified and received a response from Wink. I will now have to take more time out of my busy day to go to the website and contact them.

First, I was not expecting rich and creamy "ice cream". I assumed the consistency would be more like an icy dessert which is fine. What I cannot get over, is how *bad* the flavors are. I bought *SEVEN* pints thinking "how bad can they be?" I have been doing the Keto Diet for nearly a year and like to try different things since I usually have to make my own desserts if I want a treat.
As soon as my shipment arrived last night, I tried the Cinnamon Bun, and I cannot describe the taste - almost like a liquor type of artificial flavor.....Horrible. Then I tried Strawberry thinking it would be a more natural taste since it is a fruit after all. Horrid. I just now tried the Vanilla Bean; I took two spoonfuls and threw it away. At 100 calories per pint, I was initially afraid I'd eat all 7 in 2 days. Now I realize I'm going to have to throw them all out. What a waste of money, but it was my fault for ordering 7. I see so many good reviews that I realize I seem to be the minority.

I was really missing my ice cream treats when my family was enjoying theirs. My first taste wasn't good. The texture was different not cream but ice. The second time was better. Now I look forward to my Wink at night. I have even ordered routine delivery. This product lets me stay on Keto and not feel left out. The container lasts me 4 servings. Make sure to let in sit out for a few minutes to start to melt.

Would love to try the cookies but they are always out of stock

I purchased the 12 pints so I could try each flavor. I have to say that I’m not impressed. I love that an entire pint is only about 4 net carbs, but the flavor is definitely not as I hoped. Sadly, I won’t be purchasing more. I guess my quest for the perfect Keto friendly dessert continues. 😞
**Update: per their satisfaction guarantee, Wink promptly refunded the cost of items purchased. Unfortunately, the product wasn’t to my liking, but their customer service is stellar.
