This is the worst experience ever

This is the worst experience ever. I placed my order on 13th February, by the time I am writing the feedback its 15th February 4.00Pm. I have not received my order but the order status shows as delivered. No customer support to resolve my issue, no one responds to my email. Looks like this is a scam website which doesn’t actually sell anything but charges the customer.

Winnin the Fraud company

I ordered for Valentines day 6 rose Bouquet and cake, only I received the cake, I contact the customer care is useless I requested for refund and not get refund for the item which is not I received one of the wort online platform and worst experience, only I received late night message 2 items delivered, but not the Bouquet, very unprofessional system and team.

Unprofessional

The flowers supposed to be delivered on Valentine’s Day were delivered next day . That too in there site only without actual delivery . No customer care ,no support , nothing…, the customer is blank. I doubt it’s a fraud site . If not ,then peak of unprofessionalism

I ordered a birthday cake for my 7 year…

I ordered a birthday cake for my 7 year old niece. I paid for express delivery (9am to 3pm).
It was not delivered till now.
I contacted them via what's app, phone call and emails and no response from them.
This is ridiculous and not good enough. Very disappointed and frustrated

Worst experience

I had a very bad experience. For the price range, it's not worth it. Also the size of bouquet is so small but in the picture it showed big but what I received it had only 5 roses. I paid 300 extra for fast delivery still i received it very late
Worst experience, won't recommend it to anyone.

i order the flowers , and paid for extra money for the urgent delivery . time slot i took was between 8 am and 11am . now it is 11.30 pm the flower has not been delivered . i would consider this act as fraud. breach of contract. very unhappy client. they should not be in business .

Third class delivery and wrong items

Third class delivery, a group of Cheaters!! Ordered flowers and chocolates and a small teddy bear worth Rs 1676 with express delivery. Delivered after 8 hours with no match with order places. Flowers different (local rose against ordered gerberas), different teddy (a blue colour third class 20 rs teddy?? against ordered pink nice teddy priced 300 rs).

Will never order again. Advice no one to order thru this app Winni. They are nothing but cheaters.

USERS BEWARE.

USERS BEWARE.
They take an extra fee for delivery on top of the charge for the bouquet and then dont deliver at all.

Infact the time frame for delivery was 9 AM to 3 PM. It was not delivered till 7:30 PM. It's an office location, so who will take a delivery after office hours. At 8:30 PM they sent a notification that it's delivered. To whom? For whom?

Extremely poor customer service.
Infact it's non existent customer service.
And they have no refunds either.

Speaker broken and without remote

hi,
I have ordered a Speaker as a bday gift for my friend. Firstly it came with a broken Antenna and it took 5 mails and many calls to return it bk. Now we got the replacement but without remote and they denied that it comes with a remote. This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL site.....

is there an option to rate below 1 because i don't think they even deserve 1start for their service. Horrible service and horrible cake. just ruined friends engagement with their cake. I would not know what to do if they didn't have a backup cake choice. Please refrain from placing orders from them if you don't want to spoil someone else's nice day, function, or your own.

I want to rate -5 but did not have a chance. I placed an order had made a very small request of adding, a couple names to the message and they refused so I asked them to cancel the order as it said it can be cancelled in the next 24hrs. And they purposely ignored all my texts and when they replied they keep. In one work do not go with them. I placed my second order through FNP and I usually always use them until this time my bad. Worsttt. Any service should treat the customer properly. If they would have been nice I would have been okay and left it but they are the worst.

Pathetic experience

Pathetic experience. I Wish I haven't used this website...They just ruined the day.. First theyaccept order after that they say we cannot deliver this and when you ask for the refund then they will say we are going to deliver and deliver totally opposite to what shown in picture and when asked the customer support is too rude and just hang up the call.. Nevsr recommend this website to anyone
