Winstler is a scam company! They approved my account and then cancelled my winnings and didn’t return my money for no reason. Customer support played a game that I used my deposited money for live casino and i should only play slots! How silly is that reason

Awful company, happy to let you spend thousands of pounds and lose with out asking where the money comes from as soon as you win they want every detail about bank account ect.ect which is fine as all companies do that but why not ask before you can deposit?? Then finally when you do win and try take the money out ! God .. I withdrew 1500 it was pending for 3 days untill I’m then told oh max withdrawal is 1000 please cancel and do 2 separate withdrawals .. which then sits pending for a week i with drew my money over 8 days ago still no sign of it … and dont bother with customer services takes them 3/4 days just to get back to you with a scripted reply that don’t help at all !! Took me 5 emails just to get them to shut my account down … if you like playing casinos avoid this one truly awful

They took out more money from my account without permission and will not answer emails or chat so having to go through bank to dispute payment. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CASINO !! SCAMMER ALERT !!

Don’t go near this site and ignore any positive reviews as obviously made up. They give absolutely nothing back and even if I did win something I bet they would make it as difficult as possible to withdraw. Stay away and save your money!

AVOID this site worst site ever,I won 500,and it took me three weeks to get my winnings after spending a fair few hundred to win it,I opened account,this site allowed me to keep depositing until I had a win and wanted verification,most sites ask for ID before your allowed to deposit,not this site,I didn’t realise there based in the carribean,anyway I couldn’t send ID through my original email address on my old mobile phone so they would not release the funds I asked if I could change my email address and do from my iPad I had to write and ask permission,uk sites will do this for you I emailed them everyday for three weeks they made it as difficult as possible for me hoping I would give up,saying my winnings withdrawal had failed to my bank as it asked for my initials as it was on my card, they then said your full name I eventually got my money after nearly a month but also be aware I didn’t get 500 winnings I ended up with 423.00 as it’s euros,I closed my account they are by far the worst site I have ever used and customer service terrible,emails everyday were so frustrating do not use these foreign sites AVOID at all costs

Avoid!!!! All seems well at first I deposited £25 and managed to win a lovely £800.

Asked the team on live chat what the verification process and withdrawl process was. Sent off all my documents to verify my account and within 24 hours my account was verified and I was able to withdraw the money. I was told withdrawals may take up to 36 hours. Now I’ve used a lot of gambling sites but never have I used one where the withdrawl has to go through 3 processes. First of all you request the withdrawl, the status will be submitted, then around 36 hours later it turns from submitted to pending, at this point you can still cancel the withdrawl even though winstlar claim it’s been approved on their end…. Now once it’s pending they say it’s out of their hands now and over to the finance department for it to turn from pending to approved….. I was told all along
It will only take up to 36 hours no where did they said I would have to wait an additional time for it to turn from pending to approved…. So far I have waited a further 24 hours and it’s still pending. So a total of 3 days I have spent waiting for my money to be released and remeber all along I am able to ‘cancel the withdrawl’ I honestly think they wait to process it in hope you cancel the withdrawl and play with it and lose all your winnings. I don’t know if I’ll end up getting this money at all but atm I am feeling incredibly doubtful! Close this site now!!! And do not deposit!

There is no random number generator on this site and it is basically impossible to win on. May have attractive bonuses but if you deposit €50 euros you have to play €9,000 before it becomes withdrawable. The black Jack is shockingly fixed. Don’t pay by bitcoin as when you slightly over pay the €50. I did by €6, they only give you the €50 and keep the excess. As a gesture of good will as any reputable casino would, do you’d think they’d enhance their reputation by adding the excess. But no. This casino is all about rigged, not random and simply trying to get as much money out of you as they can. This is just after playing one day. Playing longer would certainly have drawn out more negative factors.

This company & their affiliates started sending me promotional materials via emails and texts in January this year, I sent requests for this to be stopped and was promised that it would, and would not receive anything of the sort 14 days from the day of my request, as I’m a former gambling addict and find promotional material very triggering! And that hasn’t happened and after trying to speak to support staff who have been unhelpful and downright rude I’m now left with no option but to pass on a complaint to the gaming commissioner and log a complaint with the ICO (very serious and has the potential for fines!) these companies need to wise up and understand they have responsibilities and regulations to uphold!!! This casino has by far the worst RTP iv ever seen. Totally understand you win some you lose some but with this casino you will lose all of them. If your lucky enough to bonus on a slot or god forbid buy a bonus absolutely nothing will drop. Better sites out there.

Good games, but completely fixed. You can clearly see the jump in the games when their about to land on the bonus or free spins. Total fix! £1500 spent and £200 withdrawal. Be interesting how the withdrawal experience goes, but not expecting to see that money. Sham set up -AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The is an honest review from someone in the UK, the site isn't a scam, the games are genuine, the process and withdrawals are real, you just have to follow the steps correctly. You will get paid out, if you follow the rules....just make sure you look at the withdrawal limits, the verification process (got mine verified fine because I followed the steps). The one negative which may or may not be the casinos fault, is that the deposits incur a charge and they go to random accounts all over the world, this unfortunately leaves yours card more susceptible to fraud, I used winstler but after a couple of months my card got hacked, I never use it for anything, so there is always that risk, not guaranteed to happen, but a possible risk to factor in.

All in all, a good non gamstop website which good games that have a slightly lower RTP than standard sites.
