Winstler casino are a scam and are not regulated by any one who responds or helps once your money is stolen.

They say Curacao are their regulator but I have emailed them since the 22rd of December, but with no avail.

Winstler shut my account because I won 53k and decided to use one of their many excuses not to play

Please ignore any 5 star reviews as they are not from real players.

They are not UK regulated and have no intention of paying big wins.

I have spoken to the Nevada gaming commission and they are working with other members to close these black market sites down.

Had made some wins, and they dont want to pay with the reason that I had made the winnings with a bonus.

Not correct, since i have played the warning amount out. And the bets have been accepted.

bad casino , they leave your payout on pending for far too long in the hope that you will play it . They have not yet processed a withdrawal on time with me. I will choose another casino from now on. The deposit limits are also low. if you win 30,000 you can wait 3 months for your money

Won 1000€ with a bonus. Bonus was 100% completed. With withdrawing the amount of 1000€ it is Cancelled and confiscated due to spins higher then 2€ per spin.
Never once there was a notification and even the website said bonus 100%. Now they won’t give back or pay out the amount won.

I have been playing here for a few months now and it is by far my favourite Casino this year. Had a lot of winnings with them and I am ending the year on a high with a 10k win over Christmas.

scam stay away registerd yesterday then got a phone call today saying i have a bonus so i deposit £25 it fails but £22 comes out of my bank but no credit in my account tried ringing the number they rang me on just rings and gets cancelled stay away

Scammers, confiscate your winnings

Looks like a fake casino. There is no live support. Its not clear what the bonus terms are if you want to play with a bonus. I think you wil never get youre money if you win some. Dont trust the website. There is a lot of information missing.

Scumbags, receiving spam texts from then which cannot be blocked (different numbers) when I contact Winstler they say they are paying a company to send these out. When I ask the company name they cannot give it. They said I have to email them and they will reply - its been over a week and no reply even though I’m chasing them. DISGUSTING they should be jailed.
