I just wanted to say thank you to Carolyn and Winterbury Training for a great first aid course.
This is was a really good course with lots of knowledge, passion and practical tips compared with lots of others I have done as I have to refresh every 3 years. Some great mnemonics to help you remember what you should do in an emergency situation.
Definitely not another boring first aid course! Highly recommend

I was really impressed with this course. The course leader was very skilled at managing the group, putting everyone at ease, and of course conveying the content. I came away feeling much more confident and knowledgeable in terms of basic first aid, and with some practical takeaways that I shared with family members immediately. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

Carolyn's knowledge, sense of humour and quality of delivery make for a very enjoyable and valuable course. Would highly recommend Winterbury training. Both the practical and non-practical parts of the course were extremely well delivered and fun.

Fantastic first aid course which gave me confidence and taught me a lot of new things even though I've done many first aid courses previously. This course was by far and away the most fun. Carolyn and Simon made it interesting, practical and engaging and happily answered questions. I also liked how all participants had their own Resusci Annies (adult/child/infant) which made it so much better than the whole group having to take it in turns with just one Annie. I'll definitely be doing my refresher course next time with Winterbury Training. Thanks for a fun and informative day!

Basic first aid delivered in a practical and fun way, making it easier to take on board.

Carolyn never fails to deliver a course that isn’t highly informative, relevant or full of warmth. I attended safeguarding training which is necessary but never the easiest of topics, and Carolyn delivered the most up to date information in an energetic and engaging manner. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and would highly recommend.

Really informative first aid training with a fantastic trainer who made the day very enjoyable and fun. Would recommend to anyone seeking first aid training as much more engaging than any other first aid training I have done in the past.

Carolyn was so knowledgeable, and she channeled her wisdom into such practical examples, relating to each of us in the room, and our individual circumstances. She was also SO accommodating of our late booking onto the course, and was really flexible allowing us to do the specific training we really needed. It was the best FA training I've done (and I've done a lot!!!).

Carolyn Port, taught the Emergency First Aid at Work day, and successfully held the attention of all 6 attendees all day.
She spoke clearly, listened to questions which she fully answered.
The practical demonstrations were easy to follow and Carolyn patiently coached us through the various manoeuvres.
All in all an informative and enjoyable learning experience.

Good humour and real life scenarios. Taking part in this course with my colleagues was really beneficial as we were able to discuss company procedures and relevant scenarios on the spot.

Our school had the one day First Aid at Work training with Caroline from Winterbury, and it was excellent. Caroline was very knowledgeable and had a range of anecdotal experience to provide context for any questions. Caroline kept the pace fast, and the content relevant to our setting, so for those of us who were doing First Aid training for the 2nd, 3rd or nth time, there was still enough to keep us awake and interested.
