The first aid at work course that I attended was excellent, one of the best courses I have been on in fact. Carolyn was extremely friendly and welcoming, and made all of the examples she used relevant to my job role. She made the content fun and enjoyable, whilst also being extremely informative and useful. Carolyn was very knowledgeable about the subject and was able to answer all questions thoroughly. I went away from the course feeling that I had genuinely learned something, and that I would be confident to use the skills if ever I was required to.

Excellent First Aid training for both Safety at Work (adults) and Paediatric First Aid. An informative and enjoyable two days learning. Carolyn the trainer was an excellent communicator bringing the course content to life through resources, videos, practical hands on learning, fun, games and quizzes. This interactive teaching approach meant all individuals on the course felt involved and able to learn. Our particular school has been using Winterbury Training for years and years and we would not look elsewhere for the training of our staff and school community.

I would highly recommend attending a paediatric first aid course with Winterbury. Carolyn was so engaging and very knowledgeable. She used a range of methods to teach the group and shared her own experiences, which helped me retain the information. I had a very enjoyable two days and I'm so pleased I chose to book the course with Winterbury.

I had the most enjoyable (yes I know it sounds odd) first aid training if not any training ever. Carolyn was super informative, engaging, and really knew what she was doing. I tend do drift away internally during boring courses or gathering but this was certainty not the case here. I was absorbing every second of it. Thanks Carolyn.

Attended a safe guarding refresher course .Always enjoy Carolyn training.she always makes it very interesting and puts us all at ease .The sweets and biscuits she always provide are such a nice treat .Wouldn’t be going anywhere else for my training.Highly recommend ❤️

I attended a 3 hour face to face safe guarding refresher course yesterday and enjoyed it because Caroline makes you feel relaxed while giving all the necessary information. There were group discussions as well as short videos to watch and I felt that it gave us a good understanding of all the types of abuse to look out for, how to record it, and when to report it. Also everyone was given a folder full of information that we would find useful and we were sent an email with relevant websites and songs. I would definitely use Winterbury training again.

Brilliant day learning first aid. The teacher was in depth with everything and didn't leave anything out. Opened my eyes up to alot within first aiding and definitely could go on to help someone in the future.

I arranged a group training course with Winterbury Training at our offices. My emails were responded to in a prompt, friendly and informative way. The course itself was delivered in a professional but fun manner and our trainer was very knowledgeable about the content as well as punctual. I have just completed my Paediatric First Aider, with Winterbury Training. The course is run over 2 days and consists of both theory and practical training. There is ample opportunity to discuss different medical emergencies and how you would best react in these situations. It was such a valuable course that has given me some skills and the confidence to be able to deal with an accident more effectively. Many thanks Carolyn for this invaluable training.
