Good morning Andrew,

Well, where do we start? We're baffled, shocked and very disappointed by your one star review??

You say you entered a competition for an Audi A7, well, we haven't done a competition for an Audi A7? We did however do a competition for an Audi Q5? So, have you even got the right competition company?

We have done a little digging ourselves and we did have an Andrew Baker who entered our competition for the Audi Q5 last night...was that you? If so...and it is us that you are referring too in your review, then let's begin....

1. We very clearly mark the time that the live draw takes place on each and every competition. This also becomes a live link to the draw once the live draw commences. This is very clearly marked under the ticket chooser on the competition listing (the ticket chooser actually disappears when the competition ends, so it's even higher up the page!). 2. Two hours (sometimes again an hour before), we send out an email via Mailchimp, which if you are a subscriber to our list, then you'll receive these emails...this email always states the time of the draw and where it can be found - please check your junk or spam folder.

3. Within 5 mins of the competition ending, we publish the entry list for the draw on our website. This list carries everyones entries and means you can find your own entry and see others. It also clearly states when and where the draw takes place. This is the link to the entry list: https://www.winthiscomps.co.uk/competition-entry-lists/

4. Within 15 mins of the competition ending, we publish a post on our Facebook page to inform people that the live draw is imminent (it also carries and link to the entry list, as explained above). This post can be found here: https://www.facebook.com/winthiscomps/posts/215275606646464

5. Then of course the next step is the live draw itself, which can be found by either linking from our website (as explained above) or from Facebook itself...you'll even get a notification of it starting if you 'Like' our page. 6. During the live draw we of course show the draw and announce the winners, we also immediately publish the winner on our website (during the live draw), which again can be found on the entry list for that particular draw. 7. Following the draw we update the live video (which saves to our Facebook page) with the all the winners information, That can be found here: https://www.facebook.com/winthiscomps/videos/1841098742724602

8. The following morning, e.g. this morning (05/12/2020) at approx 9:00am (your review came in at about 7:30am), we publish another post to follow up again!! This can be found here: https://www.facebook.com/winthiscomps/posts/215609796613045

9. By 10:00am the next morning (if were not replying to 1 Star Reviews), we send out another Mailchimp email to all subscribers, with an update on new launches and a link to the winners from the previous evening.

So, all in all Andrew...we believe that at least 9 attempts to inform you of when the draw took place and who the winners were, is quite enough...and we're really not sure that we could do anything else????

Therefore, you'll have to excuse the fact that we believe that your review is completely unjust, untrue and crazy!

For some reason you chose to 'seek us out' on Trustpilot to leave a 1 Star review, rather than taking the time to visit either our Facebook page or our website before you posted your review...where you would have found all the information you were looking for...as you can see from above?

Reviews like your can be damaging for a business like ours that is built entirely on trust, so we hope that this reply might shed a little light on the fact that we did everything we could...and that for others that read your review...they will understand that your 1 star review is not to be held true.

If you believe that your review could have been scored differently after you've looked at all the above evidence, then we'd politely ask that you consider removing it.
