Fast and efficient. GREAT customer service!

The wiper blades were shipped in a reasonable time. The installation was easy with the instructions provided. I did reach out to customer service with a couple of questions. The person that assisted me, Fatimah, did an excellent job answering my questions and following up to make sure I was satisfied. Highly recommend

I rescinded my previous review of WiperBladesUSA.com. I stated that I sent them 3 emails and never received a response. However, I used the form on their Contact Us webpage to send the emails. I was notified by Christopher from WiperbladesUSA.com that that form is used solely for non-time sensitive matters and is not regularly monitored. Christopher called me within an hour and sent me an email after posting the negative response about the email confusion. I sent him an email describing my issue and he replied back the next day (on a Saturday) to explain to me that UPS damaged one the of boxes in my delivery and it is now being resent via USPS. I did receive a notification from the USPS about the shipment. Given all of this, I must give WiperBladesUSA.com an A for customer service. If I have a criticism at all it would be that they explain more clearly on the Contact Us webpage what the form should be used for. It does say the best way to contact them is via the email address listing on the Contact Us webpage but it isn't, at least to me, intuitively obvious that the form doesn't send the message to that email address.

I had a hard time installing the wipers recommended by WiperBladesUSA. I assumed it was their fault and sent an angry email, accusing them of sending the wrong blades. I got a nice response immediately, asking questions and giving advice, incuding a video. To my astonishment, the video was easy and I got them installed! I apologized for my initial crabby email and they were really gracious.
I've never posted a business review but my recent wiper experience has promopted me to get off my proverbial lazy butt and give kudos to a great job! I am very impressed with their customer service staff and will recommend them to my friends and family!

Ordering was easy. Delivery time was quick and the instructions that came with the wipers are the best instructions I've ever received with anything I've purchased. And I've had to build a lot of stuff! Lol. Despite the awesome instructions, I still managed to screw something up. It was entirely my fault, and I reached out to customer service to order a new replacement wiper, admitting that this was my mistake, and within 20 minutes of sending the customer service email, I received a response back that a new one was on the way - on the house! Amazing support and service! So happy with my experience.

I ordered wiper blades from the site, but the ones it recommended for my car didn't fit. I was initially annoyed, but had an excellent customer service experience where Arieanna and Fatimah helped to get me blades that would fit at no additional charge- and I didn't even have to send back the old blades! The customer service experience really turned my opinion around and I will order from them again in the future.

Excellent customer service. When changing my rear blade,I noticed it was a bit shorter than the original one. Comprehensive website with many options for wiper blades. Great prices too. I had an issue regarding the rear wiper blade for my car, and they remedied the situation in a timely and professional manner. Highly recommend them!!

Sometimes, when you buy a product on-line, it is impossible to contact the seller. Or, they just never respond. WiperBlades USA not only responded back to me quickly, they easily solved my problem. The rear blade I ordered was wrong due to misinformation from Volvo (not WiperBladesUSA’s fault). The two front blades and the rear looked like OEM and popped right in. They work great!
