This company is trash I’m not sure how they are still in business! This is definitely a scam

What I Didn’t Like Was My Lawyer Domenica Jimenez Agree To Expunge All Three of My Offenses She Did Expunged One Charge But Now Can’t Find Her Or Anyone Else At This Firm Charged Me 2200.00 For One Expunged

4 years waiting to fix an issue and wipe records stole my money, along with other peoples money! The so called "guarantee" they said, is nothing but a huge lie! I've been emailing them left and right, then the last message from Sam Eastman said that he was going to contact me that following Monday. I waited until Wednesday that week because I was busy and all of a sudden, all emails and phone numbers do not work! BREACH OF CONTRACT! They all lied! They never sent papers out or called any place. Nothing but excuses came from everyone who I got in contact with. I have ALL the emails!

Started as a client with Wiperecord in Feb 2023. Almost a year later nothing has been done and have left Multple e mails and messages to my contact Daniela Guerrero and to the main phone number with no call backs or messages. There still charging payments to me. Don’t understand why I can’t talk with anyone from this company. As far as I’m concerned I’m scammed out of my money. I would recommend not contacting them for any service

I agree, this company is a scam. Started with Taylor Jones then Steven Smith and others. They make promises and string people along but never deliver. Then they just stop answering phone calls or emails. If there’s ever a class action suit, I wish to add my name to it. Have called them many times to get my money back but no answer to calls or emails.My case has been on for at least 3 years, didn’t waste your money or time

I paid them the fee ro get my record expunged, qnd now I can't even get a return text from them on my case. I cannot access their website, cannot get any information from them, or get a return message. I'm about to contact the BBB and report them for fraud and scams.

Wipe record dragged me along for a total of 25 months. 4 case managers, 3 different legal secretaries and no one was able to solidify a hearing for me. Do not waste your money, very incompetent company and staff. Wasted my money, time & breath.

Scam. It's been years since I've paid for an expungement and nothing has happened and now they are closed.

I have paid my bill and have been waiting for over 6 months, i was last told that my paperwork was filed and it could take upto 8 months. I am reaching out to all the emails on file and and contact numbers and nobody is responding! All emails are bogus now and voicemails are full!!! Im think i have been screwed!!! Even the main email address is non responding!!! Im about to reach out to BBB!

I tried to put no stars with a middle finger instead because my husband got screwed bad and now all their websites are down and numbers don't work. I have sat back a been humble and these are peoples lives being toyed with its hurtful and it ousses you off. Well it's time to get our REAL lawyer involved.

They said the process may take up to one year after you’re all paid off.i said ok.Once paid off they gave me what seemed to be light progress in the case.I’ve sent sensitive documents to this firm.They said it would be a zoom hearing,then they said it wouldn’t be.A lot of talking at first and not any action..Then they went ghost..I feel violated knowing now that it’s really a scam.We were in touch until they were paid off.Then months of no contact.Id call an get no answer or a voicemail.They returned my call once maybe and the next thing you know I couldn’t reach them or schedule a appointment online to speak with them.The nerves of these people to just take people’s hard earned money.I trusted them and clearly got screwed.Its been 2+years and now i haven’t been updated or contacted at all by these guys after several attempts.All i ask is that i get money money back or i get the service that i paid for..

I have been waiting for a response from this company for over a year paid and got nothing 2 paralegals they tell me 1 doesn't work there anymore and the other never answers calls or anything I either want my money back or I will be filing a law suit

I joined them in 2020 at first they told me I had one driving while suspended ticket cost me $900 so I paid it then they said I had another one I asked if I could get a reduced payment they said yes and it cost me $700 then they said I had another one all from the same Courthouse mind you so I paid another $900 so now I'm looking at 2,500 that I paid them and waited for them to contact me and now I can't get a hold of them they will not answer or return my messages it's been 3 years yeah they're a little slow all right frankly I think they suck and I have no money to hire another attorney I would not trust these people with a dime

This company is a Scam. I have reached out Karol, to Davonte, to support with no support. I paid for expungement and get know response from anyone. The owners are crooked, are not involved and could careless about hard working folks that paid for a service and have not received the courtesy of a response. Do not use the company.

Scam. Took my money. Paid in full nothing but promises. Ready to take legal action to get my money back. Tired of calling with no response. Then when the threats come in I get a call of promise then nothing again. The reason we TRUSTED you guys was for HELP. ALL YOU DID IS MAKE ME SUFFER AND NOT HAVE ME BE OK IN THIS ECONOMY AFTER OVER 2+ YEARS (5-24-3021) OF PROMISE. BRING ON THE DEPRESSION OF TRYING TO SURVIVE NOW! thanks alot I will never trust a other person with my future. Now I'm worse off and loosing everything. Calls are being made to get payment and answers. U screwed me over!

This company is a scam, After making my payments.
It took weeks to get a response from anyone. And now not only is there no communication for almost a year. The website doesn't even more anymore. I will be filing charges for their fraudulent activity. Hopefully we can get a class action so we can all get our money back.

I've had cases with wiperecord over a year,paid the money and now can't even get a case update,I either want my money back or them to do the job I paid them to do

They took my money in March of 2023 it's now December, my contact person didn't do any work said it would take 10 months, I had to run my own FBI background check in November after I contacted them, more money, now they won't return my calls, I guess they'll see me in court maybe they'll send my contact person, do your research and find someone local

Once all my payments were made. I haven't heard anything from them. No email response, no call backs. In fact the phone rings once and then hangs up. This is a scam, no good people taking people's hard earned money.

I hired wipe record back in 2021 and still have not had my case done. The last time I talked to them they said all they were waiting for was a court date well that has been over a year Every time I call no one calls back no they don't even answer the phone so use them at your own risk.
