My experience with wirex seem to start off good, but now has gone tremendously downhill. I had an issue of a payment service of sending xrp without a destination tag causing it to be lost. They had asked for proof from the wallet which I had provided with as well as proof from bithomp to prove the crypto had been sent to a wirex account so they could hopefully refund me, but now I am getting no responses which is convenient as they get access to over 300 usd worth of xrp. Do not put your money here if you want a good support team.
[Update]: So I got a reply from them within two hours after writing the review saying the team is working on it. 7 days later now and still no solution! This is super disappointing as I had faith they would be able to fix this issue and I have provided them more than enough information so it seems like they are just wanting to keep that xrp for themselves.

They blocked access on my transfer of 1500 usdc at 6th October, and promised refund it back to senders wallet, now it's two months and money still is not refunded, as you can see from 17k reviews half is one star, don't give them a penny if you don't want to lose it

I don't use wired much as I found it quite hard to use compared to other competitors.
And the irony is that they asked for my feedback from a no reply email address so had to reply here.
I would definitely use wired more if I knew how to use it better, so I guess I will practice a bit more. However, I have heard that the rates are quite high also.

Scam. They steal money from users. You send crypto and it is pending forever, transfer never settles, support almost no existant. They should be banned for providing financial services everywhere in the world as they are criminals.

Wirex are the worst company I have ever dealt with, I have had a crypto account and debit card with them for about 2 years and when i went to use my debit card it would not work, i contacted Wirex via the Contact Us Page and they said that my account would be looked at and attended to asap, this took 4 days before anyone from Wirex made contact with me, they stated that my account was under investigation and it would not be long and they would see what the issue was. I heard nothing for another 4 days so I made contact back with them to see what was happening as i needed the money that was in my account to pay bills. I received an email back from the Wirex Team Support saying that I needed to supply them with some information about 3 transactions that I had done some months prior, they sent me what was required which I gave them within a day and it took a further 5 days before i was told that this has been sent up to a higher level in Wirex for an investigation, again several days later still heard nothing so I asked again how long it will be before I can access my funds to pay my bills, they said it may take some time further and could not help or tell me when I would have an answer. This is over 1 month has passed and still nothing from Wirex so I emailed againand they said that they were CLOSING MY ACCOUNT and I asked for a reason and they said they were NOT PERMITTED TO TELL ME so I asked what happens to my Crypto and my money on my debit card and after another 4 days passed they requested my bank details so that they could SELL MY CRYPTO AT MARKET RATE and deposit the money into my bank. I asked could I transfer my Crypto to another exchange I own however they declined and sid it has to go to my Australian Bank Account in my name, I supplied all this information to them and because all my bank accounts were in JOINT NAMES with my WIFE they said it had to be in MY NAME ONLY, i explained i DO NOT HAVE ANY BANK ACCOUNT IN MY NAME ONLY JOINT NAMES so a further 4 or 5 days goes by and they email me to send them my latest bank statement of my joint account so they can send it for review to see if they will allow the deposit, another week goes by and still nothing so i emailed again and they said that they will process immediately, 5 days later still nothing in my bank i emailed again to see why i have not received MY MONEY, no answer back but 3 days later it appears in my bank. I since have asked them for a statement of HOW MUCH THEY SOLD MY CRYPTO FOR and HOW MUCH MONEY I AM RECEIVING but as of writing this review still NOTHING from WIREX. I have asked them if i can login my self to get what i need but my access to my account has been blocked. All I can say is the WIREX CUSTOMER SERVICE is TERRIBLE, Communication takes days for a response and always they ask for more information which is just stalling the fact you want your money. I will NEVER EVER RECOMMEND WIREX to anyone as you do not want to have the experience that I have had and by the way I know of 4 other people who have experienced the same issues. If WIREX think that this is not true just get them to go back through their TICKETS and look for TICKET NUMBER 6262077 I’m sure they will see this review a bit different to what they think.
The answer Wirex gave is totally INCORRECT. They have sent me NOTHING and I CANNOT LOGIN TO GET MY STATEMENT. I DK NIT KNOW WHAT THEY SOLD AT WHAT PRICE. TOTALLY INCORRECT. DK NOT TRUST WITEX.

@WirexHelp My account has been locked, and I cannot access it. I have substantial funds in my account, and I cannot submit a complaint because login is required. I have had this account for many years, and my experience was good up until this happened.
This is extremely urgent. I need immediate access or at least confirmation that my funds are safe. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter to financial regulators and public channels.
Delays put my funds at serious risk. I expect an immediate response.

I've been a Wirex customer for many years but I can't in good faith give them any more of my business. They had a Back To School Card Promotion in September where they said they would pay £10 cashback to verified users for every £100 fiat spent at certain retailers during September, capped at £50. I spent over £100 5x at one of the retailers and waited 30 working days but they haven't paid me the £50. I recieved a reply advising I met all the criteria, to be patient and they would look into it. I raised a ticket but whenever I chase up an update they just give me platitudes and say they can't give me an update. Reddit has multiple posts about customers who haven't been paid and those posts have all been locked for the past two weeks. I feel like this promotion was way more popular that Wirex anticipated and they owe considerably more out than they budgeted for. Your promotion has done the complete opposite to what it was it was intended to as I will never trust my hard earned money with your company ever again. This review is purley for the benefit of anyone who does their due diligence before choosing a financial service hence me not including the ticket number as I'm not interested in more hollow apologies or fob offs. Don't bother wasting anymore of my time with your copy and paste replies as I'm an ex-customer. Put your energy into looking for a new job with a company that has good customer services and pay out on promotions they run.

Do not trust WIREX or their promotions or their promises. It's all lies. they string you along for months, all for nothing. I signed up to take advantage of their sign up bonus when you get referred. after months of back and forth with their CS and doing all sorts of shenanigans they still refuse to pay out the sign up bonus. I had no choice but to make a complaint to the Financial conduct authority.
Let's see how that pans out.

I made a transaction from Volet.com to Wirex because it always is really relieable and works 100% superfast. But now it has been 28 hours since i added the money and i dont even get an explenation to why i have not got my money yet! I have written a number of tickets but noone replies. I an really fuxking angry at this company because i really need my cash asap, but they don´t seem to care !!!! The tickets are not able to reply to either, and thefacebook page just resends me to the help section ehere i can write tickets. The telgram is closed, so none can type to anyone in the channel. >It is not possible to accept their invite to Discord, On X noone is responding. So yeah dont join this shittty site. Last time they dissapeared my money for over 3 months. And now I really need this money, so i am really afraid that i weill go homeless bacause of those assholes

Tried to login to account - cannot login as it looks like they've blocked it and I am not resubmitting my information.
I purchased an item and received a refund for said purchase, no problem. WireX then decided to re-debit my money and as such I lost over 0.01BTC as they stole my money.
These people are frauds and a police report filed but I've not heard anythng since. They since have blocked my account from logging in and want me to resubmit documents - not happening and have refused to refund the owed amount.
They have also blocked my support access so I cannot seem to use their support.
THESE PEOPLE ARE CRIMINALS DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS AND WILL SCAM YOU AS SOON AS THEY CAN.
They have all the information they need to correct this but outright refuse.
