Why is it impossible to get through to…

Why is it impossible to get through to support.
I’ve been trying to change my email now to access my account for the last 3 months and I don’t receive any responses.

My ticket number is 6266110.
Last time I left a review I received a response on trust pilot in 24 hours with a generic response saying ticket requests are high.
Of course ticket requests are high if nobody responds to the tickets. They’ll probably leave the same generic response under this review. It’s unacceptable.

STAY AWAY From wirex

STAY AWAY From wirex. They have been Holding my money frozen in the account for over a month now. They told me many times “it should work now” but transactions still get declined, and i still have to pay the fees on all transactions, so i lost 400$ just because of that, in fees.

I then told Them i want my money back in my own bank account again, and since then ive Got 0 response on my e-mails.

They have No problem making a response on truspilot almost same day. I have been writing 17 E-mail and it has been over a month now. I just want my money back. I would consider reporting this to the proper authorities. This can’t be legal.

All my e-mails, gets put in “resolved” instantly with No answer og response From Them.

If you like your money, dont send Them to wirex, they Will take it.

NO service and they keep your deposits

ive been trying to reach you for a long time. My money is still frozen in the account and im not getting any response on my many emails Ticket number #6254259 You keep closing my tickets and putting them in resolved.. i get no response from you at all and it has been over a month now. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

i must have sent at least 14 E-mails and i still have not heard anything back at all. All my tickets gets closed instantly and put in "resolved" without me getting any response.

it has been over a month now. My money was frozen in the account from the moment i made my first depoit. i can't even get my money back in the account where i made my deposit from.

They stole my entire investment

WARNING: Do not put your money into Wirex.

They stole my entire investment. I invested my hard earned savings with Wirex. After some time, I opened the app to check it and my balance was ZERO.

*I did not get any warning!*

I complained to them, they said it was their 'storage fee' - a storage fee that was my $3000 investment. Total Scam. Avoid them at all costs.

SCAM

SCAM. they hold your money and freze the account as soon as you make a deposit. then they keep asking for new info, statements from your bank, your work and so on, and when they get it, they then say it works but the account is stil frozen, and then they tell you they need more info. it has been going on for a month now and i cant even get my money back out again. it has been a week now with me contacting support every day, and i still have not heard anything back from them.

Promotion failure

Promotion failure.

They emailed me a promo, take out a Wirex debit card, make a 50 quid first payment, and get 40 pounds. I was not awarded, despite completing right on time.

Customer service is useless. I contacted 3 TIMES, and not once have I gotten an answer. I didn't even get a reply.

Help center useless even unauthorised payment, very high fees

* There was an unauthorised payment from my Wirex card, they provided with no help.
* After making 1st payment using a card Wirex required verification of the card. Verification process does not work neither received any help that did really resolve the issue. After exchanging many emails, they closed the ticket without resolving the issue and asked to open a new ticket under "proper category"
* I accidentially purchased WXT of 4000e while purchasing BTC and forced to pay about 50e fee to exchange to another currency. WXT even cannot be attached to Wirex card.

Wirex promo offer swindle

Don't believe in their promo offers, bonus offers or anything like that. After I deposited and spent over £50 into the app I was about to receive £40 cashback in their token WXT. Never got it although I'm sure I had done all the nessecary steps to get it.
Other than that the app works fine and haven't got any problems with it so far. Not sure if I could recommend it to any of my mates. Will se after few months of using it.

Transfer not received

Transfer not received! I transferred some USDT from my CEX account on 7th Oct on BSC, the onchain record showed it arrived within an hour. Yet, almost a month passed it's still "pending" and I have sent mutiple emails with docs to the Wirex Support, they haven't repiled for my last few emails, since the first two(not helpful, justacknowledged they have received my enquiries and passed to the team), can someboby help how could I get my money back please?

I’m really disappointed with my experience with Wirex

My account was closed without a clear reason, and I was not allowed to withdraw my own funds. They told me that the money will only be refunded to the original payment sources even though the account and the funds belong to me.

What’s even more frustrating is that Wirex has not provided any clear information about where or when the refunds will be sent. I’ve asked several times for details, but all I get are general replies like 'we’ll notify you once it’s done.

My case is currently being reviewed under ticket number (6254907) and it has been taking far too long.
I’m writing this review because this is my real experience, and I genuinely hope to get a transparent update soon.
If I receive any positive progress or a resolution, I’ll update my review here.

Cryptocurrency transactions are great,but the biggest drawback is that the card can’t be linked to Apple Pay,which makes spending very inconvenient!

This company has its head office in the city of London. Say no more! They don't answer their phones. They don't allow customers to transfer money out. It's a miracle if all the hoops they make you jump through have a favourable outcome for you the customer. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
