Extremely well explained In detail the DNA of my dog thank you

I ordered and received my DNA sample very quickly, we have a rescue pup so keen to know what DNA for Insurance purposes. sent swab off and told it had reached destination 3 days later, although then were told that often you get results 10 days after they received it. I waited, 5 weeks went passed and I called them, they explained that it goes to Warrington and then on to USA, they apparently are moving labs in the US. the man was really helpful and said if nothing came through he would send out a new one, a week later and we received an email to say they were sending us a new one. Havent received as yet, but now need to wait do the test again and assum wait 4 odd weeks again for the results. although the man was very helpful, we are 7 weeks down the line and still no results, or new test to send off!

I was really interested in finding out Willows DNA as she is very quirky and odd-looking ! I was really delighted with her results. Very, very interesting and to see a picture of her sister was brilliant !!! Really recommend you get a DNA test done, its fascinating! Well done Wisdom panel !

The process was easy, straightforward and with the right amount of communication. The whole process took 21 days from ordering the kit to receiving the results. I really liked that it was neat, detailed and came with pictures, too.

Got results back very quickly. Having brought a puppy it became apparent that the KC papers they showed me didn’t in fact apply to either of the puppy’s parents. I knew then that there was every possibility that the puppy wasn’t the breed they said it was. The DNA results confirmed the puppy wasn’t 100% the breed she was supposed to be. At least thanks to the DNA results I didn’t have to keep guessing.

The results were back quickly & were accurate with identifying the breeds & finding Ronnie's relatives, we had done the wisdom test before with our other dog Puppy so knew Ronnie & Puppy were siblings & this showed up which was nice x

Brilliant insight

Great to confirm my little dog’s breed mix and genetic and health. All very interesting and to know there’s nothing health wise that stood out. Interesting to look at her ancestry too even though she doesn’t look like any of them.

Very swift with delivery, and was collected from my door. Got my results within 2 weeks

Very disappointed with the results. We know our dog is at least half Greek Harehound and there was no mention of this at all. Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend Wisdom Panel.

Did 2 tests which did not apparently have enough cells on. If they sent a 3rd kit there was no refund for no results.
Ive done over 20 of these kits no different with results on them all.
